If anyone could spare a moment, who might know - If (or should I say WHEN) Baez and whoever else loses this trial for Casey, will she still be responsible to PAY for all of these members of her defense team?? How does this work?

Win or lose attorneys, experts get paid. What kind of arrangement, regarding fees, I have no idea, the Anthonys are not rich, so I'll assume the money is coming from tv appearances, book deals, etc. Experts alone, get hundreds of dollars, hourly pay.

Casey has a new attorney along with Baez. Linda Kenney Baden, she will be the lawyer that will be doing the questioning of the states and defense forensic witnesses, Baez needed her for that part of the trial. Judge denied motion at least for now, until there is a positive id.

Baez filed a motion yesterday an emergency motion. It was denied this morning because there hasn't been a positive id yet. Baez wanted someome from the defense to be in room during autopsy.

So the judge said nobody from the defense can be at the autopsy, or wait until the body is id, then they will do the autopsy? TIA

Did anyone else notice the green pesticide sprayer that they took from the A's house? Right after they show the blue shop vac ... caught my attention...strange.

Someone probably has already commented in this (am trying to catch up) but my first thought was whomever cleaned the car probably sprayed trunk with insectacide to kill maggots, larvae, etc.   JMO

This is gross to even think of, but I would think that with the body being in a bag, and some have mentioned that tissue was there as well, there may be remains of maggots still with the body.  If they find the same chemicals in the remains of the maggots that is in the sprayer, it connects the Anthony house further.

There is so much more than I am sure anyone expected to be found in that bag.  There would be remnants of what ever her body came in contact with, or was on her body when she was disposed of.

On Casey's Myspace profile, on July 15 or 16 she deliberately set a default song to automatically begin playing when anyone clicked on her myspace page.

The song is by Nine Inch Nails, and is called "Every Day is Exactly the Same."  The lyrics appear below.  The lyrics themselves are rather chilling in light of the details of the case.  But what I find especially intriguing is this:

On her "Diary of Days" blog, posted by Casey on that same Myspace page on July 7 (the one that says "everyone lies, everyone dies" and "with great power comes great consequence"), we find this line:  "Remember the words spoken."

I just heard on the news that the As are supposed to comment on yesterday's findings and the search of their home on LK's show tonight. Absolutely mind boggling. Also, LK is such a creep for giving them air time.

Baez knows this is Caylee and he knows the truth.  He didn't need Casey to tell him...he's not totally stupid.  This is getting almost comical in the way they are trying to subvert justice here.

Her so-called panic attacks say it all IMO. She knows her BS game is over and she will be in prison for life.

I'm wondering here anyone have thoughts?  How the defense is being paid?  I just heard of all the high profile people on the defense team.  Dr. Laura Baden(Dr.Baden's wife) Dr. Henry Lee, Dr. Koblelenski...those people dont come cheap and aren't known to just volunteer their time either.

I am wondering that, too.  Do they have a wealthy backer?  Why, oh why, would anyone pay to help the defense of KC?  There has to be something in it for them.

There was a case years ago about a child found dead in my area -

I will forget the tactless sick words that were said about her body when it was found, the exploitative words that were stated, live on the air - Was no one's business to say.
All in the sake of ratings .... No respect for that little Girl or her family.

This post got me to thinking,  if LE finds that Lee is Caylee's father, maybe we won't be given this info "out of respect for Caylee".  I know that a proper burial is warranted and respectful, but I think that if Lee and Casey's nasty little secret is kept, we are actually doing Caylee a Disservice.

Just  quick information on the dental part of the positive identification portion of the forensics. Pre xrays are needed and any following a filling. The skull is xrayed by the dental pathologist on the case. A comparison is made between the multiple sets of xrays. Positive Identification usually requires a filling, missing teeth or some artifact. I noticed Dr Baden did not mention dental records. If they have something like the above then they could identify her from dental records. Just remember at her age there just isn't that many xrays being taken.
