I have a quick question about the slats in the crib/bed -- would they be stained the dark cherry all the way to the top and bottom. In other words, could the very top be unfinished wood? Could a slat have been removed form the crib by LE, is what I'm getting at. Just a thought ...
On my Ethan Allen furniture, not sure which brand the crib is, no the bars and pieces that go into other pieces and are hidden are not finished with paint or stain.  The piece of furniture is stained or painted after its put together.  That is what I remember from watching my hubs put the crib together.  Smile

I am still curious to know if George was able to get his gun back once Casey was sent back to jail.

IMO if Caylee had no clothes and and if she was duct taped (the body and not just the bag), Casey did these things after the fact to stage a different type of crime.
good moring monkeys           You kill you daughter- accident they say-well  you should be upset and when you bury this baby you would want to wrap her in her favorite blanet-put the things that she loves with her.  not just put her in a garbage bag.  This was no accident-is it an accident if you give your child a loaded gun to play with and then the gun goes off.   DEATH PENALTY PERIOD let her spend the rest of her life wondering what it going to like when someone puts her in a plastic bag--George and Cindy go on Larry King tonight A DISGRACE

The crime isn't what she did with the body after it was dead. The crime is that she killed her.  It wasn't an accident. If it had been, she'd have called an ambulance or driven straight to the hospital. I know there are people who don't call police because they're involved with illegal stuff, but even they will call emergency numbers when a child is hurt or dying.

Is this New carpet in the bedroom??Are there other pictures before that might show a different type of carpet??Anyone know??TIA

Can someone zoom in on this bedding?  I'm at work and wouldn't know the first thing to do on this annoying laptop.  I'm really thinking there's a lot of pink in the flowery parts of that bedding.

What was that that Baez said about how when the truth came out...?

I remember some insinuation that he had inside info on the paternity. But that's just my memory ...

Well, if poor Caylee couldn't be with her favorite dollie, at least she had something soft in that damn trash bag. (that sounded a lot nicer in my head)
But the duct tape darn near kills me. May Casey rot in hell.

mary, I am waiting for an official statement about that duct tape....my mind doesn't want to go there

Defense will claim that any trace evidence found was transferred there by Caylee, not Casey.  Dog hair, head hair (even Casey's), skin cells, etc. could have all been carried via Caylee since she slept with KC, lived at the house with dogs, etc.  Not that I agree; it is simply what they will claim.   However; matching bags to home, duct tape to home, etc. where ZG has never been will be more damning.  Let's hope KC was smug enough to put something physically significant like sheet, etc. into the bag.

I have also seen several notations in media that clothes were found nearby (last several posts from local FLA  TV station) but no one has really discussed that.  Do we know anything about this??

I haven't heard anymore about the clothes that were found.....I didn't hear if they were a child's or adult's...nothing at all

I need to step away for a bit. This is getting to hard and emotional for me. My daughter was stolen from us 1 year ago tomorrow. I would give my own life to have her back and hearing what this sick, disgusting Casey may have done.
I don't want to sound selfish here...but I can't do this right now.
Be back later when I have composed some.

Hugs to you Cyn.

Despite nobody has answered me for my last 4- 5 posts..........
Two Questions:
1.  Didn't Casey buy trash bags on one of the target receipts?
and my better question...
2.  Who was it that collected that trash from the anthony home?  I hope they kept that bag - might be from same roll or lot - could be important.
Seems I recall it was a WS - if so, someone find out and let us know if the actual trash bag is preserved!

hmm. I just wondered if maybe that piece of wood in the evidence bag might be a slat form the crib/bed. Maybe not.

I have no idea, but I don't think it would be a good idea to give George the gun back.

Good afternoon Monkeys!

I've spent most of the day clearing six inches of slush out of my driveway..would much rather have two feet of snow....and I see that I'm now 50 pages behind since my morning cup of coffee

Two quick questions... Have the A's been allowed back in their house? & Have we seen a copy of the search warrant ?
TIA

Oh..BTW I found BOB !

Hey there, SS:

Yes, they have been allowed back into their house. It was cleared this morning.

I have not seen a search warrant. But I do know, they recovered a laptop, papers, numerous vacuum cleaners, among just some of the things they took out. There were at least 3 large boxes, and many brown paper bags of evidence recovered. Dr. Baden said that they use paper bags, because they "breathe" and thus the evidence is not harmed.

Looks pretty new to me. We have off-white carpet in our home and we never wear shoes in the house so that it stays clean. Why would anyone put white or off-white carpet in a childs room?
I don't have children but if I did I would use a different color for sure.

Nikki - it's Dr. Baden's wife who is an attorney, that appears to be on the defence team.
