when they took the vacuums.. i figured it was for dog hair or the childs hair or .....

then i thought... hmmmm maybe there was SAND in the bag... if she had hits near the sandbox.... if she hid her in the sandbox for a few moments or some time... maybe there was SAND in the bag... or her hair... or..

If there was tape around Caylee's mouth, then I believe it was no accident.  If you drug someone and/or tape their mouth to keep them quiet....when you return and find them not breathing, the first thing you would do is to remove the tape...maybe give some rescue breaths....no, if the tape was around the mouth, it was no tragic accident...

Now going back to JB comment awhile back about if she is dead it could have been accidental like overdose of a sedative. I just wonder if JB got the same lies from Casey as everyone else. I was telling him about Lee and he says "so" what if you had all these crazy strange people around your house all day..Leaving stuff behind!!

Red, our society has been slowing changing.. all kids now get the awards so everyone feels ok. There is less made of taking responsibility for your actions. You can bargain for less time in jail, big businesses can go out of business and reopen with a new name to avoid financial responsibility, Hugh Hefner felt it was ok to put a nude Virgin Mary on the cover because its so seasonal, isnt it pretty type of mentality..Most of America are tradionalists that are being bombarded by secular progressives who dont want any type of public dislay of a religious holiday and have so turned it into a commercial opportunity to make a buck....

Red, there has been an ongoing war on Christmas & has become more pronounced over the past several years. Remember a few years ago when businesses stopped using Merry Christmas opting for Happy Holidays, instead! That made it all the way to my small town & my entire family was furious & openly protested some of the signs. Right now, we all have "WE SAY MERRY CHRISTMAS" bumpers stickers on our cars! I remember very well what Christmas was like when I was a child & it really hasn't been THAT long ago  Those Christmases were so special & have remained so throughout the years. Our Christmas traditions are being carried through the generations.   

Unfortunately, it's not just a war on Christmas, but a war on our dominant culture, all the things that our law and culture are based on, our Judeo-Christian heritage. When conservatives ceded our schools to the socialist teachers' unions, we've allowed our children to be brought up with no morals, no values, except for what parents teach in the home. And face it, many parents have never had the structure to pass on to their children, so now there is no one to teach them right from wrong. The situation becomes worse with each successive generation as more and more are amoral. Our jails are filled to capacity with criminals who have been taught that there are no rules except the ones they choose, or don't choose, to abide by. They are simply "housed" and most are convinced that they are being unfairly punished for being unfortunate enough to be caught by "the man" (the evil dominant culture of those dead white guys who founded this unfair country.)

I love XMas. The year I got my job at Voicestream, we had (secular) xmas music, a tree, gift exchange, and a cubicle decorating contest and team decorating contests with cash prizes. I won that one for my team. It was great.

The following year, it was all verboten. NOT because of Jews or Muslims or pagans or atheists, but because of a Jehova's witness who'd been promoted to management and couldn't tolerate the Xmas atmos.

I don't think there's a "war on Xmas," or on Xtianity for that matter. Merchants say "Happy Holidays" to appeal to a broader customer base. A dollar's a dollar whether it's in the pocket of a Christian or a Jew. MOST people are not offended if you say "Merry Christmas," but they do feel left out when the entire town is all about a holiday they don't celebrate. The "PC" angle was never meant to erode Xmas, but rather to include all faiths in the general goodwill, and not force schoolchildren to sing songs of a religion their parents don't belong to.

As for the Playboy cover, slap a baby on that boob and it's a da Vinci. If Playboy's the dominant social conditioner for your children you've got bigger problems than the war on Christmas anyway. 

So, way to incorporate both politics AND religion onto the Caylee thread. And I guess reporting to a mod isn't really kosher since a mod started this topic!  LOL! Ho! Ho! Ho! Merry Christmas!

i dont think she placed her under the sand. the sandbox is fairly small and has a clutter of toys in it. but when they lifted the lid during the replay of when greta went over to the anthony's it was almost a still-frame ..bam. .. o also about the trash bags from tony's...they were trash bags from early on..one of my theories is that casey was waiting for tony to get out of full sail..im not sure if his car was out of the shop yet on the 16th but i assume it wasnt...casey was at blanchard park with caylee ...talking on the phone like a bumb on a log....tony gets out about 4 or 4:30.....and guess what..baby fell asleep at the park...boo...so she drives a while..gets her call from tony and boyfriend mode turns on her slorn head...tries to call mom..to drop caylee off before her "event"..(she was known for leaving caylee at her moms work) ..no ones answers...soooo she pulls over to her parents house...thinks..thinks..thinks...found something to intoxicate the baby with..whether it be chloroform, or xanies, or benadryl...her dad had a back injury soo you know there were muscle relaxants, vicodin..maybe even ambien.....gives it to baby, places tape over her mouth...u know just in case she wakes up before shes done with her boyfriend...but what she doesnt know...tony makes her go up to the apt.. and he changes..or something....he wants to stay in and rent a movie..casey says..hold on....thinking cap time...ohhh let me take out your trash for you...goes to check on infant...trash bags in hand..pops the trunk...sees the baby blue..or red..or jjust dead..throws the bag in the trunk in a "oh shit" moment...slams it down..and we all know what happens after this...her idea of a cleanup..oh yeah..and to rent murder mystery movies......

That is not the story she told LE. She said she dropped Caylee off at Zanny's apartment. How can she change to being assaulted at BP by ZFG, Samantha and the toddlers without having to testify on the stand to that?  Can JB just change the story for her? I'm thinking he can't.

Mistx you are right, there are kids out there that only care about the expensive stuff. I have a 15 yo nephew that gets expensive clothes, and he has more shoes than Imelda Marcos because his parents can afford that stuff. BUT, he does not expect it as gifts for Christmas, birthdays, etc. He knows I live paycheck to paycheck and if I can only afford $40 or $15 he is always appreciative, thankful and gracious. He is my angel and I would give my life for him, but he ain't getting a $160 vintage record player from me for Christmas!

I don't know.  I have a brother and I think if I had his child, I would just never want to look at him or speak to him again, no matter what happened to bring that child into the world, I just coulndt deal with it.  But I could NEVER hurt a child.

I feel the ANTS have known for a long time that the baby was deceased. It has all been a charade on their part. Defense team probably wants to see the inside of the house and figure out what LE took and do some damage control in a pre emptive way.

Exactly. The thing is..it would be hard to tell since they probably took  10 times what they needed so they wouldn't need to go back after the A"s got the house back. I think it will run the defense in circles for awhile.

Does anyone know if the A"s where there or was it just Lee? I think the personal papers/notebooks could have some clues at least if the family knew she was dead. By the myspace post Cindy did in early July that said alot and I think she probably writes things down...her thoughts.
