I do not buy his duct tape premise. From the outset Casey invested the phony Zanny the Nanny story which means she was setting up Zanny for the death of Caylee. Hence, Casey put duct tape around Caylee's mouth and head after she was dead to make it look like an abduction by a stranger. (keep in mind, unless there was a lot of soft tissue left, which I doubt, duct tape would have had to be wrapped around her entire head.)

If Casey was concocting the story from the outset, she would have had to have made it look like a kidnapping and subsequent murder.

ITA~too much premeditation, comp searches etc. I also think LP has had about 6  theories so far hard to keep up with them all, I truly believe he either reads the forums or just grabs some theory to fit the circumstances at that moment

The picture of the "wooden stick" thingy in the evidence bag appears to me to be corner molding. It's right-angle-shaped trim molding that is used to finish corners and edges. It's extremely difficult to clean behind/under molding. Blood or fluids that had seeped behind molding would still be available as evidence. I think this fits with carpeting being being removed from the house.

A post yesterday suggested that during high traffic events avatars slow the system down. Admins? Is that correct? Since i got kicked out of the cage several times yesterday and today, I'm curious about ways to NOT overload the cage.               

This would imply that Caylee "bled" into the molding?  If she got caught up in a fight between Cindy and Caylee, I suppose she could have been hurt.  But I don't think Cindy knew when she made the 911 calls.

Maybe Caylee got caught up in the fight, was accidently thrown or pushed into the molding.  That would probably stop the fight.  Casey and Caylee go into Casey's bedroom, maybe to calm Caylee down.  Caylee could have been brain injured with something like a slow bleed.  Haven't people been known to just drop dead a day or two after a head injury?  Casey takes Caylee out, puts her to sleep the next night, with zannies or chloroform, and dies. 

I know, I am over tired, fried.  Just can't figure why they would take molding?

Yes, if Caylee hit her head, might have caused a sub-dural hematoma....many times no symptoms for days or 2-3 weeks. It can be a silent killer.

Hey joesamas,    I havent long been home myself, but am reading like crazy,  listening to LK, and watching different videos on here of things that went on today,,,,,how are you.

I'm good, had to skate in a show tonight. Boy I wanted to be home with the computer with all that is going on tonight. How are you? I just read something about charging GA/CA with obstruction or something. My mom and I were talking about them on the way home tonight. She said she thinks Cindy is covering up, and George had nothing to do with it and Lee is not right in the head, blah blah blah. I had to laugh, because just Thanksgiving she told me I was obsessed with this case. Guess she is now 

Yea, Ive been told the same thing, but it is so easy to get caught up when it comes to this precious litle girl and what happened to her.....at least now you can discuss this with your mom....

The Anthonys were advised not to be on LK tonight, and they actually listened. They will be staying at a hotel for the second night in a row. They have not made any comments to the media, and there is a possibility they could be charged with obstruction.

Anyways ... in the past my theories in the Caylee Marie case have always included either George or Lee as assisting Casey in the coverup ... in the disposal of Caylee Marie's remains.

However ... considering the amateurish method of disposal regarding Caylee Marie's remains ... I no longer believe that George or Lee were involved.  I believe that Casey acted alone.

The antics of Cindy, George and Lee since the 911 calls on July 16th has nothing to do with justice for Caylee Marie but every to do with shielding Casey from the consequences of her actions on the afternoon of June 16TH.

1.  Casey backs her vehicle up the driveway of the Anthony home.
2.  Casey removes Caylee Marie from inside the trunk of her vehicle.
3.  Casey takes Caylee Marie to the backyard.
4.  Casey discovers the shed locked.
5.  Casey borrows a shovel from the neighbour.
6.  Casey buries Caylee Marie near the playhouse.

JUNE (?)
1.  Casey retrieves Caylee from the backyard.
2.  Casey places Caylee inside the trunk of her vehicle.
3.  The compromised plastic bag leaks and permenates the trunk with decomposition fluid.
4.  Casey drives a short distance to a wooded area.
5.  Casey removes Caylee from the inside of her trunk.
6.  Casey places Caylee on the ground a short distance inside the wooded area.
7.  Casey covers the plastic bag holding Caylee with brush.

TIM MILLER, TEXAS EQUUSEARCH: You know what? The bag was not put there later, Nancy. I was actually out there at that scene today. It wasn`t buried. It didn`t float up. You can see where the bag was actually laying on the ground. The weeds are very thick there so it didn`t float. It would have got caught up in something.

Whoever put that bag there pulled up alongside the road, threw the bag out there in that little weeded area. So there was no digging, there was no nothing. You can actually see in the grassy area where someone had sat there for a long period of time. So it was set there. It wasn`t buried. Trust me.

wow hello monkey's I have been sitting on the side lines and lurking hoping that things would work out....and my mother whom has no desire to follow such a case because she is a mother and a grandmother told me the news yesterday...since then...I have felt bad for the grandparents..Cindy and George and I know that there are great many of you here that believe that the Anthonys as a collective group are all covering something up...but a BIG part of me believes that Casey spinned the truth for her parents and the Anthony's (the grandparents) were at this point hoping for the best and ignoring the worst...bad yes but how would I cope?  Not you the monkey's, but how would I cope? How would your neighbor cope? Your best friend, sister, brother, co-worker?  Hard question

I understand what you're saying here, and trust me, many of us have discussed this.  Not sure that any of us know exactly what we would do unless/until we were in a situation like this.  I can tell you a few things I do know for FACT that I would NOT do! 

- I would NOT enable my child, for any reason.
- I would NOT say a damn thing to the media, beyond "no comment, thank you".
- I would NOT make the talk-show circuit.
- I would NOT turn the situation into a three-ring-circus.
- I would NOT show my face, unless/until absolutely necessary.

- I would find my child the best defense attorney possible.
- I would be encouraging said child to be honest, telling everything that happened.
- I would face reality, no matter how hard-hitting that reality might be. 

And I think there's plenty of monkeys who would do/not do the very same things. 

But isn't finding them the best attorney possible kind of enabling? And what if that attorney tells you to do something you don't want to do? Would you do it? If the attorney said, "we need to create reasonable doubt, so you need to start an organization and go on TV and do all these things people do when a child is missing," would you? Or would you tell that attorney to get stuffed?

IMO, finding the best attorney is not enabling, no.  If that attorney told me to do something I didn't want to or I didn't feel was right, honestly, I would either not cooperate, or find another attorney.  If the attorney said we need to create reasonable doubt, I'd either stay out of it, or find another attorney.  At least be getting a 2nd opinion on how defense attorneys would typically handle these things.  But IMO, if I were to go along with plans of such an attorney, then I'd be enabling my child IN THAT, yes, but not in getting them an attorney, no.

I dont know how probable it is, but many suspect it. Actually, I think some in media suspect it as well. Did anybody watch Fox News online earlier today? With Kimberly Guilfoyle (sp?) and Dr Baden, etc..? Near the end, there was a comment about the father, and KG said she had her own theory about the dad, but she didn't want to go further with it.
