LKL is no longer talking about Caylee.. they're onto Obama.

Jesse is Casey's ex.. the guy she told that Caylee was his daughter, but a DNA test proved otherwise.  Annie is Casey's BFF who may have been her Xanax hook-up.. and who knows what else.

Debating an issue with another Caylee poster.  Did TES come and leave before Tropical Storm Fay!!

Tim Miller was interviewed several times last night and each time he said that the first time they went to search the area where Caylee was found it was mostly under about 4 ft of water from TS Fay, and in fact they lost an ATV back there trying to search, before he called the search off.  When they went back to the area during the second round of searches it was still submerged, and according to neighbors, the water has just started receding in the last 1 or 2 weeks.

I am so amazed how patholigal liars can suck some people in!!  They have it down to an exact science, yet when questioned - they become so childlike, angry and defensive!!

I'd guess the new attorney has reminded them that attorney John Morgan has a date with them in 10 days.  The Anthony's are now going to postpone Zenaida's attorney appointment using the demise of Caylee to avoid the deposition process as long as possible.

Jesse is Caseys EX and was her fiance - who she claimed to be the Father of Caylee and it was proven that is not due to DNA testing -right after Caylee was Born

Annie is Casey's so called Best Friend who has never been heard of on any Documents and or written testimony so far. Everyone else has been disclosed ..their words/testimony - Annie's testimony has never been released.

Posted 50 page warning a little early (on pg. 44) in Nats thread. Going to bed soon and won't be up for thread change if it gets to 50 tonight (it probably won't...pretty quiet in there tonight). I will be up early in the AM and check in first thing, as usual.

During our rainy season here in Florida, there is ALWAYS standing water every where.  We have heavy down pours that are so huge the water sits on top of the ground for weeks.  Our rainy season means heavy showers every afternoon between 2 and 4 pm.  ADD to that the numerous tropical storms and then hurricanes we had.  Debary, and area not even 30 mins from Orlando STILL has flooded areas. 
Florida is a swampland with little to no hills until you get to North Florida.  Water has no where to go but where it is. Retention ponds, which is that big body of water behind the A's, are not very deep, usually roughly 4' at the very most at times, unless on the side of a major high way.

IMO now that Caylee's remains have been found they fear they will be arrested for their part in covering up for Casey...I hope they are correct!!

Would you please share if you can what has led to this speculation?

Several things.
1. When reviewing a DNA report, Dr. Baden inferred from the report LE knew who the father was.  The only testing done was within the Anthony family.
2. When inside sources with LP led to his speculation that Lee was the father some months ago.
3. When the last released document information interviewees told us that Casey said her brother molested her in Middle school, and said that Lee pressured her for sex.
4. Lee outright refused a DNA test and was forced to under a subpoena.
5. George infers to Casey (in a visit) that if things do not come to a conclusion quickly other things may come to the surface.
6. Lee disappeared from the scene following the DNA submission.
7. We found out in interviews with George that when Caylee was born, Lee and Casey relationship became strained and he was upset with her.
8. Victims of abuse oftentimes remain strongly attached to their abusers and have strange bonds.  This abuse lasts on average of 7 years.
9. 40% of violent female offenders in jail are victims of sexual abuse, whereby half of them suffer incest abuse from a brother or a father.
10. Nejame said now that the body has been found, much more disturbing information would come to light.

All ancillary and nothing definite.  I do find it peculiar that as she lied about being pregnant into the 8th month, subsequently J Grund took a DNA test which confirmed 100% that he was not the father.  When that testing was done,  George moved out of the house and filed for divorce.  Upon George's return to the house, Lee did not come around if he was there.

Cindy / George were not expecting to have OCSD swoop down on them and take things. I read they took a laptop and some papers. Everything they took will become public information at some point. They are probably afraid.

One bright spot today- I had to chuckle when JB said that Casey was "struggling' with the news of the find-   YEAH,  now she has to lie awake and concoct a whole other story....a that's the only struggle she will have.

I did talk about it, the idea must not have went over well enough for more discussion.

As I mentioned earlier, the wooden thing could have been used to break Caylee's neck.  Casey could have reached around her from behind, holding the wooden thing to her throat, and pulled inward long enough..

She could have used the wooden thing as a garotte, yes.

And taking it to the limit, Casey could have involved Caylee in some child porn thing, on videos, that involved something like a garotte.  I suppose the extreme example of that would be a 'snuff' film.  It does happen folks.  There are people out there who really can be this evil.   

Not saying this happened for sure.  It's possible.....

(I agree that it can be a dangerous thing if you're not doing your homework!! But I met my husband online, and we celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary in July.  )
