IMO any money earned from this case should go right back to OCSD, FDLE, FBI and Texas Equisearch.  Why should the Anthonys benefit any rewards from this tragedy?  I can't even imagine how much money has already been spent in this investigation and we are still very far away from trial. Then, there's all of the resources that TIm Miller put forth in the search. And...when KC gets life in prison, it will cost taxpayers millions of dollars to keep her jailed for the rest of her life. So...who should get any royalties from this case????

They should set up some type of scholarship fund in Criminal investigation for children in the name of Caylee...

Or -  GOD FORBID -   If KC is pregnant again, it should all go to a trust fund for the child she is carrying so that the father (or father's family) can raise the child!!!!

Would it have been possible for the Anthony's or Baez to remove anything from that house without someone seeing it being removed?

The A's and Baez have had a run at the house after the LE was there.  I am sure that they have gone through and done their own "evidence flushing".

I am sure that LE would have taken photos of the home as well, in order to keep things accurate during trial.  I just do not want those stupid A's and that dumb Baez to have any more chance to trash the chances of Justice for Caylee.

Yes they went in with cameras taking pictures even of the front door entry. The woman was pointing the camera down when she flashed it. This was on the video of them entering I think on CNN when I watched it. Maybe Fox. I am so confused!!! It was reported the people outside (reporters) saw flashes going off inside the house in the bedrooms and other areas including the backyard.

I don't think there was anything that JB could have taken that was not already looked at or pictures taken of.
If he removed some things it was probably for show so it would look like LE & FBI missed something significant.

I wish Casey would just save time and tell all and it would actually go along with evidence. I know..that would be about eh time it snows in Miami.

I'll try to catch up then will go back home in a bit.  I see another search warrant has been issued for the Anthony house.  Wonder if they'll search Lee's place as well?

Can you imagine how it must feel to know that you have a child or sibling that is capable of murder?  I do believe that KC was also planning to eliminate her parents from the picture, because of the story about her getting their house.  I do believe that GA has been kept in the dark about a lot of things his daughter has done. However, I feel sure that CA and LA are well aware of just what KC is capable of.  If there are accomplices in this case, I pray that LE will find the truth about them and also bring them to justice.

Do any of you think that Cindy or George (or Lee) helped her hide the body.. maybe they didn't even tell her where they were hiding it, so she could honestly say she didn't know where it was?  Lee would have known better (I'm assuming) about this childhood hangout.  (and it's near a school, so Caylee would always have kids around).  Lee wouldn't want to take a poly, because he'd be sure to fail it if they asked "do you know the whereabouts of your niece"?

Perhaps this was their burial ground for family pets, too? And so they decided to bury Caylee here like they would a cat or dog?  I dunno.. 

If anyone had any hand in it, my bets are totally on Lee. 

After watching him take that memorial down it wouldn't suprise me!!

I'm behind in reading - so forgive me is someone has already said this.

When I think of C&G being arrested, I wonder if they will take a plea and turn on KC and finally tell the truth about what happened to Caylee.    Anyone think this?

You know, it is really funny how they tried to convince everyone that George saw Caylee and KC on the 16th.  And that there was NO fight on the 15th.   Makes you wonder just how much they knew (and if they were involved more than we realize).

Cindy works like she is a true defense attorney on mood elevators, attention off search and on sightings,
George is a known liar and cheat, coverup specialist... Says Caylees father is from the Carolinas and is deceased on Larry King. If so then the fathers granparents would probably have come forward by now..

Either the father is Lee or George, or Lee, George and/or Cindy had a hand in body coverup  or BOTH.

Thats what I just said in my last 2 posts.  Murderers usually start out small, sometimes with smaller animals.

I wonder why Tinker and Tilly were spared?!?!?    I really think were on the brink of finding out that Casey is a sicko on the level of Jeffery Dahmer.

Lovinlife, you did a good job with that post.  I remember the Jesse Davis case.  I also agree that justice will be served in this case.  Oh, the defense and the Anthonys and some crime pundits are going to spew and sputter and spin, but no jury is going to understand for one moment why Casey did not report her missing child, why she partied and shopped instead of searching for her child, why her friends noticed no changes in her demeanor, why she abandoned a car that smelled like death, why she lied constantly, etc.

Circumstantial evidence and suspicious behavior can be just as strong and compelling as any other evidence at a trial.  I think Casey will go to jail for the rest of her life for this terrible crime.

IMO no. That was all Casey. But did they put 2 and 2 together afterward and begin to actively cover up the crime YES "absolutely."

WOW.  Tears just stream from your eyes when you watch this now knowing that she has been found, it makes it just that much harder.
The Prosecution needs to show this at trial.
