ORLANDO, Fla. -- The new lawyer for George and Cindy Anthony spoke to the public Monday (watch video). He said he didn't know about plans to prosecute them on charges related to the case, but he did tell Eyewitness News that he is seeking immunity for Caylee's grandparents.

Attorney Brad Conway says he just wants to make sure his clients are protected. He wants to make sure charges aren't filed later.

Conway admits the Anthonys have made conflicting statements in the past. They will be re-interviewed by investigators. He said, for the next interview they give to authorities, there will not be any conflicting statements.

It means they have had plenty of time to coordinate their stories. 

I wonder if George gave "conflicting" testimony to the Grand Jury??????? He ain't getting immunity for that!!

Found here that it was Tony L that found Casey walking down Chickasaw Trail

 going south on the 24 of june when she had ran out of gas.  Went to C &G

house and he broke the lock on the shed and Casey took the two cans of gas.


It is on Page 46 of the above documents.  Must have been the day she had

gotten rid of the body.   I thought it was the day she was seen jogging and it

was Chris that had seen her.

Eyewitness News has learned George and Cindy, along with their son Lee, were fingerprinted over the weekend so investigators will have them on hand as they search for fingerprints on evidence they've collected at the scene where a child's skull was found less than a half-mile from the Anthonys' own home.

Good Morning and Happy Monday all !! I thought about you all a lot this weekend, and how kind you all were to me at the end of last week. I spent the weekend taking time to celebrate Our Heather's life, as well as Caylees. Since FL is so far I took flowers to Heathers grave for both girls and asked Heather to be sure that Caylee saw them.

Our Heather is a beautiful, loving, caring girl, and I know she took Caylee under her wings right away.

And again, I want to say thanks. This is an amazing group of people with the most loving hearts. It is shown daily with how much we all look out for each other, and how much love there is for Caylee.

Ya know, using the word "devastated" seems rather odd to me, as grandparents of who may have just been found.  I can see the neighbors on their street being 'devastated', even neighbors on surrounding streets, in that town, in that state, all of us who are following this case, etc. But the grandparents?  I would think they would be beyond 'devastated', even in thinking it's a possibility of being their granddaughter. 

When I lived in a town in NE Nebraska, we lived on a small river that bordered three sides of our house.  The body of a local missing young child washed up one day, just downriver from our place.  We were interviewed by the local news.  And yes, we were 'devastated', all the neighbors were, I especially so because of where he was found.  Devastated, and we weren't even related. 

So I'm giving the A's that sidelong slow glance once again...

You usually receive immunity for providing information.  Wonder what the Anthony's have to say that might incriminate them, thus they need immunity.  They would not be given immunity for things they have said in the past.

and this comes out when it being reported that the prosecution might be building a case against them.....why give them immunity...they certainly aren't needed at home to rear casey's child
