Let's not forget his debacle in the Dr. George Smith case involving the Brilliance of the Seas. Dr George Smith is the young newly wed that went overboard after meeting three hooligans in the ships casino and drinking Absinthe. Dr. Lee stated that he discovered unknown and undiscovered blood under a cabin deck chair that was going to be a paramount discovery. That discovery led to nothing, no conviction, the wife receiving a one million dollar shut the hell up settlement, and the parents of Dr. George Smith scrounging for answers.

In my opinion Dr. Lee's credibility is not stellar.

You are right Rob...and I also forgot the Phil Spector trial as well that someone else kindly pointed out. 
I only remember him during the OJS trial...and I guess he wasn't even all that then!

I totally forgot about him saying that Rob. I remember what a witch that wife was and felt so sorry for his parents. I thought Absinthe was illegal. I knew he was "supposedly" drinking in the cabin but I didn't know the Absinthe part.

Well then could Casey have used the gas on the wood chipper in the woods? Gruesome thought, but if you have seen the movie Fargo you know where I am going with this.

I didn't see the movie, but I knew where the wood chipper might fit in... Ick! The past two days, someone on Fox discussing the crime scene and what MIGHT be learned has mentioned "the body dismembered." Creeping me out!

Well, earlier today I posted that I saw one of the LE at the scene and he was chopping the air with a machete and I was wondering what that was supposed to mean.  May be he was demonstrating?

I like Mark Williams but I think one of his "sources" is Leonard Padilla.  Sometimes I think Leonard makes it sounds like fact with it's only his theory on what could have happened.

MOST times, LP states his opinion as facts.

Sometimes, he is right.

LP says Caylee over dosed on chloroform on the 16th. Casey wrapped the skull on the 18th to make it look like a kidnapping.

Ummm. So how does someone kidnap a child that left decomposition fluid in the trunk from a body that was 2 days old? Isn't there a test of decomposition fluid and the level of composition. Even I watched CSI enough to know the different bugs that grow from different body fluids.

Some how Zanny had access to all the evidence that wound up in the pasltic bag and on the duct tape like hair and rug fibers.

Think anout it all ... after Caylee's remains were found the police had an emmidiate warrant for the finger prints of Cindy & George. Not that they are involved ... however ... there has to be finger prints on the duct tape.

BTW ... why is it that no one has ever seen Zanny?

According to TL and RM interviews, Casey would stay the night with Caylee.  I think Casey was afraid to tell Cindy that they were BOTH spending the night at boyfriends.  I think this is why Casey originally made up the babysitter.   Then the nanny was just convenient to use when Casey didn't want to answer to Cindy, imo.
