I wonder if something found with Caylee's remains indicates Cindy had something to with her murder.....just thinking of Casey's mindset at the time.....Cindy and Casey have huge fight, with Cindy choking Casey.....Casey wants revenge

Maybe she planted evidence to frame Cindy.......that would be one very good reason why no visits or phone calls to Casey since Caylee was found

just thinking out loud here

Good thinking!

I posted this yesterday but no one ever replied.  I don't trust JB and the Scheme Team at all, especially Dr. Lee.  Could they be charged if they took anything out of the A house that LE now needs for evidence?
No.  LE was be limited to taking items that were covered by the search warrant, if there was something left, then it belonged to the A's.  I honestly think that JB is just playing mind games.  He just took something because he could.
Yesterday the news channels were saying LE was getting another search warrant but I haven't heard anything further so possibly that was incorrect.  You're probably right about JB. Now if only he had a brain.

IMO

maybe we can send him to see the wizard?? he needs to follow the yellow brick road..

They moved this one...it was on Caylee's memorial yesterday. The LE is still hard at work out there..Baez must be fuming

Good!

Lee better not touch that memorial or his safety may be an issue... people will start throwing pieces of cardboard at him, and that will finish him off

Somebody needs to soak one of the Teddy Bears in chloroform....ha ha ha

Are the A's really being given immunity, or is that rumor at this point? Thanks.

Not yet.  Good morning.

Well, both side have a duty to turn over any evidence they have to the other side. If LE already released the home then what ever they remove may be discoverable but not criminal.
I don't think JB's team is honest enough to turn evidence over. That is why I'm concerned.

IMO

Good point - but while I do not trust Dr. Lee I do trust most of the other experts. I think most of them really do want the truth. We have to remember that experts get called all the time. When I would retain experts and disclose them to the other side, I would often have to withdraw them because the honest opinion they gave me was not helpful to my case. I really believe that  most experts are willing to give you the opinion you do not want to hear. Some are just paid guns and tell you what you want to hear but most are not. But that is just my personal experience of 10 years of retaining experts in civil trials.

I really respect your knowledge on this topic as you have had personal experience in this area.  Lee's credibility is gone, guess his motive for flying in and doing this case for "free" is perhaps his attempt at trying to get hired somewhere.  The others are unknown to me....but I have to wonder, what is their motive?  Do you know anything about them?  Thanks, Bev

Oh, yes, sorry. Good morning! Hadn't had my coffee yet.

Thanks for letting me know. I wasn't sure. I actually hope they don't get immunity--but if they do, then I think that says enough in itself that they knew enough to need immunity.

The only way I could see that is if they came forward with information at this point! Yesterday, it sounded like LE was building a case against them so it would be in their best interest to come forward! Especially after LE carted off half their house!!!

I don't think the SA will give anyone immunity at this point...they had enough evidence before to convince the grand jury in a very short time...now they literally have truck loads more and there is no reason to make a deal or give immunity. JMO

Come March...Casey will be making her final performance and won't have the luxury of a hair stylist for the photo opp's

This case has taken over it seems.  Last night on our local news here in Naples, there was a man interviewed who is going to be a new expert witness for the defense!!  My hubs exact words were "Where does he live?  We need to go picket his home!"  LOL

I had dreams last night, although do not remember much of them, but I do remember having flashes of that picture that we were guessing at just yesterday, the one with the long cord and the black looking handle.  So ODD!!!

I will never understand Casey.  How she could look into that precious face of a child and take her last breath is beyond my comprehension...even if it was an accident (not that I think it was) how could she place her own baby so carelessly in the woods.  What a mad world!

Morning..

Good morning!  At first I thought he was great because he was going to shut the A's up from all their public lies.  However, I am quickly changing my mind. It doesn't do any good at all if he's going to go out in public and spread their lies.

He has set a record on keeping them quiet.

Good Morning Everyone....hope we another Blessed Day.

IMO the atty isn't keeping them quiet...it might be LE.  Threats of charges...only thing CA would probably understand and I am sure they have had enough of her bashing them from coast to coast for 6 months.....HOORAY.
I just have to wonder about this new attorney for the Anthonys. He might be a great guy, as some here are saying, but I really do wonder how wise it is for him to be discussing the Anthonys theories at all? Yes, he wants to be their spokesperson, and he wants to protect them against future possible charges.. but what does a fake babysitter have to do with any of that? IMO he tarnishes his own credibility by saying how they still believe a ZG has something to do with this, and that Casey is innocent.

Morning BlueG.

Didn't I just see something different from him today?

Sorry Bearly I got all up in your quote...more coffe..lol

Someone posted something this AM about the A's accepting their GD is deceased.  Don't know when he released that or if he did yet.

They have agreed to meet with Conway and discuss it later this week. I can't remember if I read it last night on Fox website possibly.

I would assume maybe immunity for telling what they know but who knows if that would be the truth. I think the family, well I don't know about Lee but Casey and parents have a hard time telling the truth. I think if anyone will talk it might be George.

Henry Lee has just been announced as one of the forensic experts who will be providing evidence for the Casey Anthony trial scheduled for January. Lee has been a favorite of defense attorneys and has worked on high profile cases over the years. The public is used to his shiny television image, but do forensic experts really provide balanced views that juries respect or are they seen as legal whores by taking predicted positions?

After spending many years as a forensic rehabilitation counselor as well as questioned document examiner, and providing testimony upon request for plaintiff and defense; I have seen it cut both ways. One attorney demanded that I take his side, stating that I needed to understand that I had been hired to support his case. This is counter to the ethical code of experts, however, that clearly defines the expert’s responsibility as being one that seeks the truth, however that shakes out.

The public opinion of experts is shaded by television programs that show them on witness stands being interrogated by attorneys. Television viewers see the cleverness, the intrigue and the design of the case, as the attorneys line up witnesses. However, the selection of an expert is often well-considered; and the responsible attorney selects one who has worked for both prosecution and defense attorneys so that they can be determined credible by a jury. An attorney will even ask an expert to recite the number of cases that have been worked on either side, prosecution or defense, during depositions and will use this information to upset an expert, if the attorney is able to establish that the opinion given is biased.

Lee has a sterling career and has established himself as an expert by preparing himself well. According to his website, Dr. Henry Lee is “Chief Emeritus of the Connecticut State Police, Founder and Professor of the Forensic Science Program at the University of New Haven, Editor of Seven Academic Journals, author/ co-author of 30 books and over 300 articles.” That’s an impressive list of credentials, it appears. Lee obtained national prominence in the public during the O.J. Simpson case, where he served as a witness for the defense. He was said to have turned things around for Simpson, helping to free the former football who was on trial for killing his wife Nicole Simpson and her friend, Ron Goldman. He also worked defense for the Phil Spector murder trial as well as for the famous Scott Peterson, found guilty of killing his wife Laci and unborn child. He has also worked defense for William Kennedy Smith, Kobe Bryant, JonBenet Ramsey, Scott Peterson, and Michael Skakel. Vincent Foster But with a sterling career and an impressive list of high profile cases where Lee has been an expert, has his credibility been challenged as a result?

The North County Times reported how Lee’s veracity was questioned in the Spector murder trial. Lee was accused of having removed a piece of acrylic fingernail from the corpse of Linda Clarkson, whom Spector was accused at his trial of having killed. His credibility in the Spector case was challenged based upon the missing evidence, with which he was accused of tampering, not specifically his position as chiefly a defense witness.

On the defense side Lee’s fame has been obtained through his elaborate showmanship. With the O.J .Simpson case .jurors and the public television office were said to be mesmerized by Lee, who used a magnifying glass in his presentations, and holding up a photo of a shoe print declared: "Something's wrong.” This short statement, and Lee’s explanations, cast doubt on whether or not the shoes allegedly worn by O.J. Simpson at the time of the killings were Simpsons.

Lee hasn’t just worked for the defense, however, as documented by the book Forensics Under Fire: Are Bad Science and Dueling Experts Corrupting Criminal Justice?by Jim Fisher. He worked on the prosecution's side on the case of Halle Craft, whose husband was found guilty of murdering her. His evidence was found impressive at the time by the jurors. But it has been the high profile defense cases like that of Scott Peterson and O.J. Simpson that has really created Lee’s famous reputation of being a flamboyant, but competent, expert.

The assignment of Henry Lee to work for the defense of Cayle Anthony may or may not be a good move by the attorney in this case, Jose Baez, That’s because Scott Peterson and William Kennedy were found guilty and Lee withheld his testimony after being accused of tampering with evidence in the Phil Spector trial. It will be a “wait and see” from now on, as the case of Casey Anthony, accused of killing her daughter Caylee, is apt to draw a large audience for television, with Henry Lee now listed as one of its most interesting personalities.

In the meantime Florida authorities continue to sift through evidence found at the location of a child’s body near the Anthony grandparents home in Florida, with many believing it is likely that of Caylee. Information on their findings is anticipated to occur sometime this week.

Thanks for posting this info about Dr. Lee! I just hope he doesn't find anything he can use to get KC off.

Maybe George has finally talked to Cindy and told her the truth.
