I just heard that as well....they are either finding more evidence or they are holding the scene until positive identification is announced. JMO

Could the Ant's be held liable with the monies collected by them? If they give "true" statements to LE and it is found that they had a pretty good idea that Caylee was dead, and yet they collected funds from innocent people and went on talk shows under false pretenses, I'm wondering what kind of action can be brought against them?

None, unless they actively solicited those donations for a stated purpose and then didn't spend them on that purpose. They did look for a live Caylee, they did follow up on "sightings," so unless it can be proven for certain that they knew she was dead that whole time, they're within their rights.

If the A's were involved in the coverup (which I don't believe) and any evidence is found that proves they were, they will be in deep Poo with the IRS and civil suits.

Hey Charlie Girl, just trying to catch up here before I have to go to work, but just wanted to say that yea,  they are in trouble if they covered up anything, but I can tell you this, I believe they didnt know anything until they got Casey home from the jail the first time and then thats when it dawned on them that something bad had happened and maybe they believed that (the nanny) did take Caylee and their Daughter was gonna be frammed and then is when they started doing little things to make sure casey was cleared, giving false statement s and things that wasnt right right, but we have to remember that they were upset and prolly not in their right minds, but still at some point they have to accept it and tell the truth.....I hope they really do, They will already have to live in hell the rest of their lives, jail aint gonna make it any harder for them then knoiwing what they know!!!!!!

I totally agree with you.  If LE finds evidence that shows any of the A's helped cover up for Casey, I will be shocked......

And FWIW, I think they have already paid the highest price possible.  I wish them no more harm, unless they prove they did have former knowledge.

I did and although I had read some of the remarks here of those that watched it earlier I was still a bit taken back by her attitude...she was really really RUDE....to everyone... she needs to get a grip....I wonder WHY people go on her show??  I'd tell her to FO and walk out
