I was talking to a friend last night about BJ.JB.....her son is an attorney....civil lit...not criminal...but she said he was saying this past weekend that BJ is a perfect example of why the persona of defense attorneys is so negative...he also said he is a disgrace to the legal community..one of the most unprofessional attorneys he has ever seen....not only in the court room but with the press.....LOL...he said he will probably wind up being a regular on Nancy Grace!  LOL

I think when LE is done with the area the announcement of identity will be announced on the remains. Once that is done then JB would be allowed out there and start his complaints on how the crime scene was destroyed. Someone needs to remind him he is a Defense Attorney.

he is a light weight (not in size but in experience) IIRC he has only been practicing  a bit over 3 years....and his appearances in court show it....

You KNOW Jose thinks that he has struck gold. He leaves business cards at the jail hoping some shoplifter will call him and he'll be paid by the county for providing defense and he'll get some court experience. Who picks up his card and calls him? Just the accused in the Case of the Year. He'a all over TV; Whorealdo makes friends with him; he's famous. Unfortunately, he still doesn't know his @ss from a hole in the ground as far as practicing law, but what the heck? His name is a household word and lots of people recognize his face. What more could a lawyer who has zilch experience and probably scraped by in nite school to get a degree in a Cracker Jack box hope for?

I love that LE is being so thorough in its investigation.  I think it is inevitable we will hear complaints from the dream team but at least they can't say thet LE didn't look under every tree and bush.  That crime scene is gonna be a mess before it is over.  I am glad that the "experts" aren't allowed in.  If they were watching the investigaton , I mean  assisting to interfere in a murder investigation, they would be even more critical of every move, you can bet that.
