Yes...it was only a small snow fall...about 6 inches...we have more coming of Friday too  We're gonna have a White Christmas!

No, no snow in the south but I got to wash my car outside in cut offs and tee shirt yesterday!  I, just hosed down the deck and watered my palms, too.  I can look at pretty pictures of snow and remember. 

You may laugh now but I've been told by Al Gore that I'm gonna have beach front property and a few palm trees myself soon...

Baez lashes out at investigators

On Wednesday Casey Anthony’s attorney Jose Baez released the following statement regarding the crime scene:

“The Casey Anthony Defense Team has made numerous attempts to preserve the evidence in and around the location where the human remains of what appear to be a small child were found. Law enforcement has been repeatedly asked to allow reasonable access by medical and scientific experts for the defense, including requests for photographs, and assistance with maintaining a secure examination scene prior to any media or general public access. Every effort by The Baez Law Firm to establish a level of basic cooperation and professional courtesy have all been rejected by the government. This lack of cooperation has complicated how to proceed. Now that the scene more resembles that of an excavation site as opposed to an examinable crime scene - attorney Jose Baez has been advised that without properly detailed photographs and all related material and documentation, the various experts on the Casey Anthony Defense Team will simply not be able to thoroughly examine the site. Unfortunately this matter has already become a Media Circus and something The Baez Law Firm will not contribute to, by just making a show of going to the excavation site without good reason. The Casey Anthony Defense Team is being prevented from examining the site unless and until all photographs, schematic sketches and related material and documentation are released to the defense through the discovery process.”

I would blur Casey out of that one part but it would ruin the clip. I didn't want to use clips of Casey in them as you could see b/c there was only ONE clip of her throughout the whole video and it was the second to last clip. I tried to make it so the close up would be of Caylee.

I just put this video together today using clips and pictures of Caylee. There is a typo in the credits and I forgot to put that its by "Mar" but yeah I made the video. Grab a tissue you probably will need it. Its to the song "Tears In Heaven" Oh and I cut off some of the song b.c there was huge intro in the middle and I didn't have enough clips/videos to use.

WOW Phil Keating on FOX just showed film from the summer of the woods near the ANTS and the woods were DRY AS A BONE... 

 

Was the film dated?  Maybe it was taken earlier in June, before it started raining?

Photo #82, 83, 84, 86, 87, 88, 89.  These photos were taken showing the TES/TM search on Sept 1....they say the location is off of Suburban.  Some show water, some look dry.  Could be the same area.  What do you think??

Hi gang...Baez is a regular "sit and spin".  All this whining about getting his "experts" into the crime scene is getting old.  Normally you have a crime, then you have an investigation, then you charge someone, then the perp lawyers up..... in which case, there is no "active crime scene".  The defense has to make do with whatever information they get at discovery.  Baez and his liars for hire are just trying to muddy the waters and intimidate LE, SA and the courts....I can't believe this.  Or am I missing something?  Can anyone help a monkey?

  Spring Hill...one of my favorite areas..It's lovely there (seriously) my Florida bud use to live there before moving to Ocala. Near to Weeki Wachee Spring and Homosassa Springs ! I have Tee shirts from both..

They are muddying the waters and also making it a point of contention so they can bring it up in the trial making it look like slore is not getting a fair trial.

August 19th  Orlando had 1.06" of rain
August 20th  Orlando had 1.12" of rain
August 21st  Orlando had 3.23" of rain
August 22nd  Orlando had 1.26" of rain
August 23rd  Orlando had   .67" of rain

For a total of 7.34" in 5 days

I just re-watched NG from last night...I heard something I evidently didnt catch last night...

So, Lee had to be served a subpeona to give his fingerprints...JUST LIKE he had to be served earlier to give DNA...

He's gonna have to give his DNA and/or fingerprints one way or another (by choice or by the courts) -- Why in the hell would you fight it?? It only serves to make you look guilty by putting up a fight. I can't believe ANY lawyer would advise him to fight!
