I'm not wanting to take sides in any kind of argument, but I clicked on the globe beneath NetDetective's name, and it went to a Ustream chat about Caylee. Not saying one way or the other whether NetDetective should have put a link in a first post, but I think it is a legitimate site, not a spam one.

AND?  Why on earth should this persons first post be to draw people away from here to chat on his/her site then get mad at us.  They claim to have been a member for 3 months and already was certain we were rude to new members? I call BS.  They are banned.
Klaas, I asked Muffy, but she is probably pizzed right now (not at me but that detective person). Could that person NetDetective not have asked for a thread on SM so we could post there? Just asking, cause I know all Monkeys are nice and that guy/person got MAD really quick. I'm glad Muffy called them to task and you banned them.

Please don't ever give me the deodorant though. Or the big red button.

I'm more of a Secret user, myself......

Clothing Also Found In Bag With Child's Remains

http://www.wesh.com/news/18299352/detail.html

One woman said off camera Wednesday that she was part of a Texas Equusearch team that scoured this area. She claims to have photographic evidence that proves the remains were not there when they searched. Investigators reviewed the photos and took her statement

I thought TES did not allow their searches to have cameras, phones, etc...while searching?

They were not supposed to..

Who is this woman, is she in any way a friend or supporter of the Anthony's, and what does she have to gain by possibly lying about this?

I dont know but she was rude in the video I watch , but TES did say no cameras . There should be some kind of graphs or something showing the water in the area at the time , anyway the nieghbors said water was there
Tim Miller also said the first search they lost a four wheeler in the water there and that is why he pulled. I would say Tim would have names of people searching to match up wouldn't he? I am sure someone who was with her would have stopped her from using a camera or cell phone if they saw her.

Here is info from the Forestry Dept for Orlando area June-Oct
Month of June       9 inches ....Average is 4.50
Month of July        9.40" ........Average is 4.70
Month of Aug      10.50" ........Average is 8.62
Month of Sep        3.70" ........Average is 1.85
Month of Oct        3.20" ........No Average listed

Total just for Jun-Aug was about 29"
I could see where an area like that would retain, even with the heat in FL, water. I would imagine with foilage around it would be muddy mess.

Just because she didn't see it doesn't mean it wasn't there.
Exactly...from what I understand if that area wasn't underwater it was thick with brush; makeing both almost impossible to see anything laying on the ground unless you were on your hands and knees and wearing a snorkle
That area may be a wet land...i imagine that is a bayou or a big ditch close to were caylee was found, so it means that caylee could be close to the bayou or in a different location and with the water flow the body could be moved or hidden with debris and trash. Those wet lands catch everything..i would like to know the levels of water in that area and the velocity of the water when is a hurrican active...maybe casey decided to trow caylee when de hurrican hitted florida thinking that the body will end far a way from her house(you know she is lazy)

Gaff tape:

Aren't "gaffers" in movie credits? I have seen that title somewhere before and I know that Amy was a RTF major and worked in plays and on cruise ships. Could it be this kind of tape instead of duct tape.

This has probably already been asked so sorry if I am just asking the same question.

I miss a lot of stuff being at work during the day, so please forgive my question. Why are we discussing gaff tape? Does gaff tape have a connection to the case?

I have no clue.  Your post was the first one I had seen stating "Gaff Tape" so I had to know what it was!

Did you sign up as a monkey to promote your own site?

I have been a member for well over 3 months I believe, and NO i'm not promoting a site.
I am asking interested people to chat if they wish about Caylee Anthony if you don't wish to be involved please skip it.
Thanks

We're already chatting at Scared Monkeys.....You're more then welcome to chat here or take your promotions elsewhere.Thanx...

Here's the deal.

NetDetective was a member of Murt's old Ustream chat and it appears that NetDetective has opened a new CHAT on Ustream to discuss the Caylee Anthony case.  That is not the problem, the problem is NetDetective posting at SM for the sole purpose of drawing people to his chat.  His chat itself isn't a problem.

Then NetDetective became rude, so he is banned.  So there you have it.

Yep.

"Gaffer
AKA: Chief Lighting Technician
The head of the electrical department, responsible for the design and execution of the lighting plan for a production. Early films used mostly natural light, which stagehands controlled with large tent cloths using long poles called gaffs (stagehands were often beached sailors or longshoremen, and a gaff is a type of boom on a sailing ship). In 16th Century English, the term "gaffer" denoted a man who was the head of any organized group of laborers."
