cherjers~  I think having an attorney and getting legal advice/representation is a good idea, whether you are guilty or not in a case like this.  jmho

I'm really wondering now about Lee?  GA and CA gave their fingerprints with no problem.  Lee's required a supoena?  He must be hiding something IMO.  He wants to be left alone yet he brings on the suspicion.  If it were me, I'd give them with no supoena needed especially so people wouldn't question my actions!!

He and his attorney knew he would have to give them.  IMHO, attorney required the subpoena so that there would be a paper record.  Most attorneys will also recommend that you do not take a lie detector test.
Why does everyone in this family have attorney-as far as supoena and lie dedetetor test.  I ask you if a 2 year old child that you loved--..  ... could any one in the world stop you from helping the police.

I understand doing a lie detector immediately when child is missing.  Mr. Kesse did.  It gets the police looking somewhere besides at you.  However, it is months later now, people have hired attorneys.  If you are not going to take your attorneys advise, why hire them.
thats my point why hire them-if you have nothing to hide -

Hiring an attorney is smart.  Not all LE are as above board as the Orlando bunch seem to be.  MHO.

As for clothing found... LP is saying a dress and a small swimsuit.    I wonder how accurate this is? Maybe Casey ditched some of her own clothes there as well?
  Wow-this is really interesting.
Caylee had a swimsuit cover up, maybe that is what it was.

Didn't Cindy say she and Caylee went swimming the evening of the 15th?  IIRC.....Casey said it was too cold outside for her

Do you think Cindy knew that Casey buried her pets there in the bushes?
Cindy said Caylee went swimming.
Cindy said Caylee was there when she left for work that morning.
Cindy was the one IIRC who first came up with the date Caylee went missing.
Cindy was the one who first said the "nanny" took Caylee (which Casey then went with from here on out).

anything else I left out?

if we toss out what george's 'hard to believe' detailed report of seeing them on monday, (cuz he's well.. george), then cindy was the last person seen publically with caylee, which has been confirmed.

So now we know what Casey purchased at JC Pennies maybe???

Not yet. And I wonder if Cindy ever supplied the CC statement to LE. Or if they got a warrant for it.

NG said Caylee was wrapped in a sheet!  Wonder if Casey bought new sheets and you know CA had to know that!!

Anybody???

I was just informed that my theory is old news!!  Sorry, I must have it!!

Ok..

that stupid audio/video of Lee asking Casey if Caylee is ok... and Casey goes into this whole long response about speaking with the psychologist through the court, and blah blah blah and how her mom would understand... there's this bond you have with your kid... blah blah blah...

JUST ANSWER THE DAMN QUESTION!!

seriously, why the long answer for such a simple question? Yes or not? I'd even accept an "I feel it in my gut" comment, IF it stopped right there.  Why the need for this other horse $h*t?!?

It's a sign that she is lying, such a long answer.

Another sign is when her lips are moving!

The owner of the property has to ALLOW Baez onto the property after LE clears it.. something discussed on here earlier today...Smart Monkeys

I bet someone was reading here.

That could very well be true

Good NG show tonight (and I'm not a fan)

I think the tooth was removed from the skull and sent to FBI to check DNA.  A removed tooth from the skull is a direct link to the skull.  A tooth picked up off of the ground would not be a direct link to skull.  Tooth pulp contains DNA.  Teeth remain in skulls for years, so I don't think NG is accurate when she says one one tooth sent so rest are scattered.
Great point to ponder, Today

I've got to give Leonard credit for realizing that caller was most likely Todd Black's girlfriend.  Her call to Nancy was all BS.  Leonard never offered a $250,000 reward.

There was a $225,000 reward from NLHF and I believe there was another $25,000 maybe from KF (not sure who it was).  Anyway that would be the $250,000 and there was a time limit on it.

Yes, you are correct but the caller accused Leonard of offering a $250,000 reward and pulling it just before the body was found.

I have always wondered why George would take his daughter's car home and park it in the garage and go to work when it smelled so bad that he was afraid a body was in the trunk.  I would have called the police immediately or drove straight to the police dept., especially since he didn't even know where Casey or Caylee were.

I often wondered the same thing, but I believe that Cindy told George to go to work and she would "take care of it". That is the kind of person she is, George can't do anything right in Cindy's mind, only she can fix things.

LP described it as "part of a dress" could that be like a wrap girls/women throw on over a swim suit ? It seems like a guys description of one

All I can say is Thank God for Mark Klaas- finally someone on the NG show has the guts to describe the Anthony family as the 'toxic mess' they are. No enabling or excusing their behavior as Nancy continually does, as understandable from parents trying to protect their daughter.
Yes Mark, they are all scrambling for immunity....  scum, all of them.
I hope LE throws the book at them.
