Ok not expecting an answer but hoping for one.  I really don't understand this immunity request, can someone explain exactly what it means?  What are they giving up for this immunity?  and doesn't this mean they have been involved in a crime?    TIA 

Maybe immunity for:
Cindy- I saw the new sheets on the JCP statement but didn't want LE to know there WASN'T a 2nd set in the house.
George- I never really saw them the afternoon of the 16th
Cindy- I tried to strangle the living crap out of my lying cheating daughter the night of the 16th but didn't tell you
George- There were maggots in my daughter's car trunk and I vacuumed the whole car in an attempt to deceive LE
Cindy- I washed the clothes and knife in KC's car b/c I KNEW they smelled like decomp
George- KC left in a fit of anger on the night of the 15th hauling little Caylee with her.
Cindy- We all knew she was capable of this, but didn't say anything to LE

I have always wondered why George would take his daughter's car home and park it in the garage and go to work when it smelled so bad that he was afraid a body was in the trunk.  I would have called the police immediately or drove straight to the police dept., especially since he didn't even know where Casey or Caylee were. 

I often wondered the same thing, but I believe that Cindy told George to go to work and she would "take care of it". That is the kind of person she is, George can't do anything right in Cindy's mind, only she can fix things.

If Cindy and Geo have separate attorneys....  and behaviors have changed... 

Can we list all the statements we can think of between the two, that are seemingly NOT correct? I bet you Cindy's list is WAY longer than Geo's, although I'm sure Geo has told a couple lies himself..  (perhaps due to pressure from Cindy?)

We know that spouses cannot testify against each other ...but is that only if one spouse is the defendant? What if Cindy is testifying, and later Geo comes out and states something (truthfully) that is different... I mean, technically he's testifying at Casey's trial, but... what if what is said leads to Cindy being charged with some cover-up..  like maybe he says he found out after the fact whatever Cindy knew, and she basically promised to make his life hell on a stick if he didn't take her lead?

Didn't Cindy say on the 15th after their visit with great grandpa that she and Caylee swam.

Hi Stacey. I think she did say that they swam. And Casey did not.

I also remember her saying that someone (a friend of Casey's) brought some swimming items ( a suit, swim wings, etc.) back to the house, returning them after Casey left them at his place. Just trying to come up with "swim" related things that were said.

So if they agree to full immunity it is unknown what they have to say until the deal is already brokered, correct?  and at that point they can say nothing really viable.   Hope I make sense?

On LKL last night, the prosecutor on the panel said that she did not think this was going to be a very difficult prosecution. I love to hear things like that! I have to wonder, what could the A's say now that would be of any value to afford them immunity? Now that the body is found it seems moot..I don't believe that LE is going to charge them anyhow. On another note, if it was my property, and the defense team asked permission to go on it, I would say no and then I would call them names..

Then I would line up a bunch of my friends to come in before them and take pictures next to trees pointing at stuff. Then sell the pics to JB at $100 a Polaroid. Then donate the money to the prosecution fund, if they don't have one, I would buy them lunch every day of the trial!
