Sorry if this has been mentioned but did anyone notice on NG that a childhood friend of Casey says that Casey told police to check the area where remains were found? Anyone else hear this? It wasnt said it popped up across the bottom of the screen.

Wouldn't it be something if it is found out Lee killed Caylee and threatened Casy to keep quiet? Not that I think it is possible at all b.c I think it will be found out that he disposed the body but man. It just gets me thinking "What IF." around this thing since he wouldn't give up his prints. There is no other reason why he'd refuse that if he wasn't hiding something.

Casey's childhood friend told deputies that the wooded area near Hidden Oaks Elementary School was where they used to hang out as kids. Five months before a utility worker discovered a child's remains Casey Anthony's childhood friend, Kiomarie Cruz, told deputies they needed to look in the woods near the school. In an interview, Cruz told detectives she and Casey, "pretty much used to hang out there most of our time," would "snack on food for hours," and went there to "get away from our parents."

However, when the sheriff's office got that tip the area was covered in flood water and deputies said they couldn't search there. Forensic investigators continue to look for clues and more remains in the woods. They will closely look at the plastic bag where the child remains were found to see if there are any fingerprints, hair or DNA evidence from Casey.

Yes, that was in the statement of KioMarie.  She said near the school.  There is quite a large wooded area around the school though.

There is no way that anyone knew where Caylee's body was, because anyone with half a brain would have disposed of her remains much better. That lazy biatch didn't even bother to dig a decent grave for that sweet baby girl. She just put her in a trash bag..............and left her in the woods. Just breaks my heart.

1000% agreed. that has been my stand. and also in my mind george anthonys defense when he was being speculated as to helping her dispose of the baby. he was a cop, he would have found a much better place..sad but true. Also my opinion on the matter was..she was just keeping it there until she had time to take it somewhere else. the fact that she just ran in and dropped the bag and ran out...  she wanted someplace "safe" to keep her until she had another opportunity to hide her.

If it was Shane Stutzman, he probably is just passing messages from George and Cindy.  I doubt it is for "religous reasons."  God wants nothing to do with her.
