i think the importance of the 13th, is that the deputy apparently went to the scene on that date. did i hear that correctly?

They have not said that it's Caylee, no ID. They said that today turned up a large amount of bones, and there have been other items.
Someone asked if the utility worker was "using state time" to "conduct his own search".

My guess is that this guy wanted reward money, and really thought there was something in that woods right there. Maybe the LE that showed up on the 13th in August to check out his "tip" did so to appease the guy because he kept calling?

Man...who knows. There is not a big enough WTF for this.
