How can the meter reader be credible?

 

What are the chances that this guy already has a connection to the Caylee Marie case ... a connection to the the area he apparently "discovered" the remains?  What are the chances he was in that area when nature called?

LE can call him credible if he called in with tips in august, and the deputy that responded to his tips got fired for having a relationship with Casey Anthony.
The meter readers early tips were disregarded because Rusciano was the one that responded. You can take that to the bank, LOL

I don't think this is good news for the prosecution.  I just can't believe this has happened.  How could this guy have been so concerned to call 3 days in a row and then not call again for months???  It just doesn't make sense.  So...KC buried her hamster there and then sat down on a blanket with her friend and ate Cheetos.  At least she cared enough about the hamster to give it a proper burial...more than she did for Caylee.
Now, Channel 6 is saying the fact that her friend has done a paid interview with the National Enquirer, it may compromise her testimony as a credible witness for the State of Florida.  I feel like I'm going to be sick!!!

What if the meter reader smelled something awful and called that in. Finally by the 3rd day in Aug., they sent someone out to check and the cop found nothing. Maybe he saw nothing, but smelled something, but couldn't find anything. Could be that neither individual had any connection to Casey. Maybe it doesn't reflect well on the P.D. considering where the area was, but it may be innocent. Maybe the meter reader has been poking around the area every time he was in the neighborhood. How often do they read meters there? Every 4 mos.? Every 2 mos?

In my area they only read the meter's quarterly, bill monthly though-as an estimates...FWIW-I'm in Ohio.

You have got to be kidding me???   If he just saw a gray bag beside the road, why did he call for 3 days in a row?  He saw a suspicious bag in the woods this time and went over and kicked it with his foot.  Why wouldn't he have done the same with a bag beside the road?  He was reading meters in that area...correct?  Don't the meters get read on the same dates every month?  The August call dates don't match with the day of the month he discovered this body. Make any sense???  Relieving himself could have more than one meaning.  Sick...but true.

I don't know how much more I can take of this insanity.    Is it possible to ban myself from this case?  I need a Red Button.

Listening to Carlos PAdilla his second go around, it is clear that the guy called in about a bag 3 times, to several different numbers.  A responding deputy cleared the scene and never met with the guy.  He called 911 two times and a deputy cleared it in a half hour.  Who was the deputies and their actions are what the sheriffs department is really looking into and creating Timelines about....

They'd be so much better off to go ahead and clarify this meter reader as a reward seeker, or a blogger who was really interested in the case, or something! Anything to make some sense of why he's got a history of involvement.

I agree! I myself am guilty of monkeying around when I am supposed to be working! I don't like how everyone is being hypercritical of the messenger.  I do think that his previous calls definitely should be looked into, but as far as giving him a hard time for finding the body?

If he was the one called out there, then he needs to be thrown in jail.

I can't believe that I have to leave now for a meeting.  Bad timing.  I can't wait to get back home and find out what is going on.  I can just see KC, dancing around in her cell with that sinister smile on her face!!!  Reasonable doubt???

First day, meter reader reports to police a bag on edge of Suburban Drive.
Next day same guy calls Crimeline.
Third day, he calls cops again and a deputy goes out there.
Nieves is saying he is glad the man was persistent.
Different deputies responded to the scene on the different days.
First day, deputy went out there but saw nothing and did not talk to the meter reader who had left to do his work.
Next day, tip went to crimeline.
Next day a different deputy responded.
Discoveries continue to occur.  They are not going to release the crime scene until all evidence is found.
Reporter asked why he called about a bag.  "Caylee case was on his mind."
I am not so sure I would report just seeing a bag on the side of the road. (My thought, not Nieves.)
He is still calling meter reader a concerned citizen.
