Last night on Greta I saw a blurb at the bottom of the picture which said that the Federal Appeals Court had turned down an emergency appeal from Baez.  I haven't seen it again or anywhere else.  Anyone?  Apparently they appealed Strickland's decision on access to the crime scene and they lost again.

Awww.   I wanna grand baby!    I'm hoping my daughter (who's been trying) is going to surprise with with some good news for Christmas!!!

News -  Lee had to be subpeonaed for his fingerprints.   Took his lawyer with him to see LE yesterday.      Morgan plans to hold C&G in comtempt of court if they don't do the deposition for ZFG on Monday.

Has anyone found out if Morgan can depo Casey???  Do we know anything about that??

I caught a post a couple pages back about how odd it was that Caylee's doll's name was Momma.  It made me remember.. with some embarrassment.. that my first doll's name was Cindy.   

It's ok anothermonkey, you didn't know! Besides, there's probably alot more "good" Cindy's out there that your doll could be named after. Maybe it was a Cindy Brady doll? 

   or Cindy Crawford. LMAO  (but she was 8 when I was born.  So.. probably not her.  )
