Please forgive me if this has already been addressed.  This looks like the guy in the picture that allegedly smacked Joys 4 yr old.  If we are to believe her...he is a PI for the Anthonys.   (catching up here, sry.)

Ok everybody...............so who cares if this reader meter guy was doing a search on his own........maybe he was  around this neighborhood enough and this case really held him captive like it has all of us, and he was just trying to help by continuing to search every time he could,  The important thing is that he found the remains and I hope and pray he is legit because thats all everybody has been waiting for and he just happened to get a ideal in his head and be stuborn enough not to give up and he just came across the right place at the right time.......This is what Im praying for!!!!!!!!!!

I'm telling you, he's the deputy that responded on the 13th. He "didn't find anything". The spot goes underwater like, two weeks later, so OSCO can't go back and re-investigate that tip.

 

OR what if he pitched the bag farther into the woods, said it was nothing when he made his report.

I would wonder if the responding officer found the bag and moved it farther into the wooded area too.

I have always thought she had an accomplice of sorts, but I always thought it was George.

The fact that Nieves pushed the "we're investigating the thoroughness of the investigation by the deputy that responded on Aug 13" speaks VOLUMES to me...LE is not going to hint that their department putzed something around in this case. Unless the guy's already been fired.

I am thinking that LE didn't put it together, I think that since there has been so much talk about the reward, this is what happened:

  LE really screw this up.  Why didn't they search this area when it was dry. Now they are saying on the news the crime scene could have been tamper with---so the evidence they collect may not be admissible.  This could turn out to be another OJ--

That is why they are releasing the information because the deputy is under investigation and it would not surprise me in the least if the responding deputy was Anthony Rusciano.

I just dont get this either...Why did they only send 1 officer to respond to the call of a bag RIGHT in the A's backyard practically...Popular trash dump or not....What if this guy didnt pick up the bag and just phoned in a call ~~What would have happened then ,another blow off??....

I really wonder if KC knew of the first find and it being blown off, only making her more confident that no one would look in the bag,or think twice, since there was so much trash there any way..
