1. Caylee Anthony never reported her child missing.
2. Cindy & George Anthony suddenly wanted total immunity after body located.
3. Smell of death in Casey's trunk.
4. Presence of Human decomposition and chloroform found in Casey's car
5. Plastic bag said to contain evidence that directly went back to the home of Cindy and George Anthony that a judge signed a search warrant.
6. Computer searches for chloroform, neck breaking, etc.

This is no way takes Casey off the hook.

Hey Monkey's can someone explain something to me?

Everyone seems to be making a huge deal out of this latest news about the meter reader. I know the police are saying that this guy is not a suspect but is that what everyone else is thinking? It seems to me that people are freaking out but I am not really getting why. Is it because this could help Casey in the long run? They were talking about the bag being different colors. Is this looking bad for the meter reader guy?

JMO, but I think LE is more interested in WHY the DEPUTY CLEARED the area in August.  I'm very concerned Baez & Co. will tear this up.  Just think of all the things that could have transpired in 4 months of someone knowing her remains were there.  I still think it is suspect that the meter reader went back out there looking.  I wanna know what was in the grey bag?  I think we're talking about two different bags.  One being maybe a duffel (speculating) one being a garbage bag which we know her remains were found in.

OK! Thank you. And yeah that makes sense. The first thing I thought of was "omg the defense will have a field day with this.". I hope this doesn't hurt the case.

I hope Reve and John Walsh drive to her house and smack her in the head over and over and over again!!!  Her whole 'John Walsh's son "came home" yesterday' was completely uncalled for.  He didn't come home ... I watched their press conference ... they never said he "came home" ... they said they had some closure ... now that LE had closed the case and found that Ottis (whatever) was the murderer ... that was it.  IMO Bart crossed many many lines with that comment!  And they were SO NOT her lines to cross!

Baez will try to exploit this  [ if he can ] but it won't work, imo.  I'm very impressed with OCSO and their prosecutorial team.  They seem to be as careful as the Modesto, California police and prosecutors.

The reason why the police would not mention the exact clothes found is that they do not want anyone destroying the cobaerating evidence.
