Oh man. The defense is going to point to this, if for no other reason, to say that the police are inept and have destroyed the crime scene before the FBI came.

And maybe the responding officer was having sex with Casey?

This case just got far more complicated and Casey is less sure of a guilty verdict right now than she was this time yesterday.

Kiomarie always sent up red flags for me.  In fact, I said that if anyone helped Casey, it was probably her.  I posted it on this forum once.  Now, that does not mean I am right.  I could be totally wrong.  But something is hinky about that girl.

I think she may be a little naive or simple. For example, according to her interview, she believed Casey gave Caylee the middle name Marie in her honor (Kiomarie's). LOL! Casey Marie Anthony! Cynthia Marie Anthony! That girl is clueless.

There is nothing bad being said about the meter man.  Nancy gave a pretty plausible scenario, saying perhaps nobody is to blame. If a deputy went there with dogs and they did not hit on anything, I suppose he thought it was a false alarm.  I am trying to imagine how many calls and tips they must get after someone goes missing and so many are just pure bull.  But it would be sad, so sad, if Caylee could have been found back then, when the evidence was much more fresh and pristine.  But that is water under the bridge.

Makes one wonder whether he ever searched. I don't get this. If the meter reader saw this gray bag, then why coulnd't they find it?

Really going to be interesting what the deputy's name is.

I'm pages behind but saw the press conference.  I think they said that the first 2 times when the guy called LE that he didn't wait for them to arrive.  I thought I also heard that he reported a gray bag on the side of the road.  The third time he waited for LE and I wonder if the officer that arrived was TR and either didnt' investigate it or moved it farther back into the woods.  Then after LE found out that he had lied about his involvement with KC then the area was flooded by then.  Then this guy was persistant and decided to check it out again and found her.  She also had 2 other LE officers that had contact/or whatever with her besides TR and JG.  There was also another one on the Orlando Police Dept. too that said he knew her too.  Not sure how well they all knew her if you get what I mean.    This case gets so bizzare!

AR & JG both said Casey frequented the Police Academy.  No telling how many potential po po's she knows

You know, I can actually write with the phonetic alphabet. Had to learn it with my undergraduate degree in Special Education.

I can say with absolute certainty that there is no vowel sound, dipthong, or utterance in existance for the way NG says "Caylee".

Okay...let's thinks about this.  I am trying to put myself in the meter reader's position and imagine what he was thinking.

He is riding along in his truck and spies a bag on the side of the road.  He knows the Anthonys live closeby and that police are looking for the missing child and for clues. 

He wonders if the bag could be connected to the case and dials 911.  Would I do that?  probably not, since it is not unusual to see bags of trash on the side of a road.  Unless he stopped and noticed it had a foul odor and something about it was suspicious, I wonder why he called and why he did not stick around and see if a cop came and talk to him.  Yes, he had work to do, but maybe he could have kept in touch with the operator and doubled back to talk to the cop.

But he just reported it apparently.  Could it be that city workers such as garbage men, meter readers, etc. who go into people's yards, etc., had been told to be on alert for anything suspicious?

I know we all love dog's ... but dog's, especially cadaver dogs can be human.

I know on many occasions where cadaver dogs failed to hit when a dead body was in the vicinity. Tim Miller will tell of a story where dogs did not hit and they were 5 feet away from a body. It happens.

This case is just so sad in so many different ways......The torment could have been over 4 months ago and sweet Caylee could have been in peace.

Kiomarie said she offered to adopt the baby when it was born, but her situation was hardly perfect.  She was unmarried, very young and had no job at the time or not a very good one.  That seemed odd to me.  If Casey wanted to put the baby up for adoption, a better parental situation could have been found, for sure.

I got the impression Kiomarie kind of "worshipped" Casey and felt privileged to be her friend and might have been talked into helping Casey.  Yes, she appeared a bit simple and I wondered if she could be talked into doing something for a "friend" who wanted to use her.

Oh no she didnt.....................WTH........of course they dont want the defense inside their cime scene............how do they know that one of them wouldnt plant evidence to screw up the investigation!............Gosh she needs to get over herself.

I need a reality check and so does these people on TV.................How in the Hell did this little slore .............nobody special,  with crazy parents and a beautiful baby girl, that decided to commit murder becasue her baby was cramping her style.....all of a sudden become this big story, and deserve a dream team,    WTH.............its about CAYLEE............who isnt here anymore thanks to Casey Anthony.....thats whats important...............nothing else................I say lock her up for life with pioctures of Caylee all over her cell and the video of her singing being broadcasts over her in cell speaker all day long....

I don't know HH, it is all crazy. If it were me, I wouldn't have a dream team, I wouldn't have my family LYING for me and I dam* wouldn't have killed my child. I hate Casey, I hate Cindy, I hate Lee and I have reserved doubts about George. Also, I hate NG, because she sounds like she is yelling at me and everyone else.

KCJackie, Sorry I dropped the ball on this one. I should have had the name of the city worker friend at hand. I knew this was coming but I was kicked back. I hate to have to go back through all these doc dumps just to find it. I think prolly the meter reader is straight up and just overheard something that helped him put 2 plus 2 together. Thank God he was persistant just like the monkeys. If it was her LE sweetie or the one unnamed that investigated this that will sure muddy the water some. What I don't  think will change is that the evidence inside the bag will be all KC. I will not be surprised if the evidence shows that the body has only been there for a couple of months or if it has been there the whole time. Neither will I be surprised if they say there is more than 1 body there.

I keep going back to the Chandra Levy case, where literally hundreds of policemen on horseback and many with dogs did a grid search of Rock Creek Park and missed finding Chandra Levy's body.
