A representative for the defense lawyer of Caylee's mother accused police of lying to the press and suggested they could be tampering with evidence at the site.

Todd Black, a spokesman for Casey Anthony's lead attorney Jose Baez, complained that investigators wouldn't let the defense team observe their work at the scene where the bones were discovered.

"Some of their comments are blatant lies," Black told FOXNews.com. "History has shown that in some cases authorities have been caught tampering with evidence. That is something we hope is not happening. We're not accusing anyone of anything."

I think it is a good sign if their best defense is that the FBI and Orlando LE are all corrupt.  I think people don't realize that OJ's defense worked so well b/c the jury would have acquited him no matter what.

Got locked out for a long time, I am sure many others here were also.

I watched Baez's little interview in the parking lot of the jail after he visited Casey today.

He is just unbelievable, harping on what he calls "the lack of professionalism" of LE.

He said that some time ago, he had asked LE to notify him first if/when they found out Caylee was found. And this was not granted.

Well, gee, Baez, the protocol in this case os for the jail chaplain to be notified and he is the one to go notify the prisoner. THAT IS THE PROTOCOL. And that is just what happened. What was supposed to happen! The followed protocol. I call that professionalism!

He continued to say that LE thought the chaplain was more important so they informed him first.

Man, this Baez is such a loser and a whiner!

Oh, and he was smiling quite a bit in the interview. Maybe it was the sun in his eyes. Dunno.

OMG!!! EVERYONE!!!! LE KNEW IT WAS HER!!! GOD BLESS HER LITTLE SOUL!! 

I was sitting here waiting for the presser to begin when my 3 year old grand daughter decided to make a somersault in my bedroom chair, at the stroke of 1:00, literally, she did this & busted her head wide open, blood everywhere!  Called my hubby who was at work at the hospital, he immediately came home & checked her out; no stitches, Thank God!!! I was trying to read lips on tv over the screaming & crying!!!  Just a day in the life!!! 

I can always come here & catch up, Love you all!!!!

I really hope and pray that Caylee did not suffer too much in the end.  I just hope that beautiful baby was in a deep peaceful sleep when she left this world.

The meter man Roy Kronk read from a prepared statement. He didn't really say anything,
he has " protection ", I guess from the media. How sad it is when the person who finds something like this needs the protection ? Numerous times OCSD has had to say he is not a suspect.

Meter reader read a prepared statement then his attorney spoke.  Both seemed very credible.  Brief.  Asked for privacy for his co-workers as well.  Does not seem suspicious in any way whatsoever.
