Little Girls

http://www.scrapbook.com/poems/doc/2566/108.html
Submitted by: ScrappingK22

Author: Karen Barnes

Little girls are made of daisies and butterflies and soft kitty cat purrs
And all the precious memories of times that once were.

Little girls are made of angel's wings and giggles and a firefly's glow
And all the happy feelings, deep inside, that we all know.

Little girls are made of cinnamon and bubbles and fancy white pearls
And snowflakes and rainbows and ballerina twirls.

Little girls are made of sunshine and cupcakes and fresh morning dew,
And these are the reasons, little one, why everyone loves you.

thanks again monkeys.  i just enjoy being in this cage and i don't post often.  when i do, i sometimes feel invisible...i know....whining like baez.

I post a lot and so I feel invisable more than you do!!!

It's a percentage thing, Princess.

It's all good. Sometimes you have to take hold of the bars and shake the cage to get attention. It's a good thing! Clears out some of the banana peels on the floor!

So that's what I've been stepping on!

You step? I Slip n Slide!

Well, on the subject of invisable, I've asked twice what you guys think about how long it will be before the Ants speak publically and whether you think the trial will be on TV?
Wow CBB, if this trial is televised and it probably will be I better start making dinners to freeze now. This is dating me but the first trial I got hooked on was the Claus von Bulow one. Sunny just passed away recently.Anyone remember that one? It was on TV every day which seems unusual for the time 70's I think.

TY Orchid! I'm feeling fine now. I think your right about the "liguid green coma" !! I rarely get sick like that, let alone sleep that long. Exactly, on your point about a reasonable person being fooled. Reasonable doubt by Reasonable people - period. Not a "guilty verdict" based upon people just casually or carelessly wanting to find this mother guilty and not a "not guilty verdict" based upon people who simply just want to believe that this mother isn't guilty regardless of any factual evidence.

REASONABLE DOUBT - The level of certainty a juror must have to find a defendant guilty of a crime. A real doubt, based upon reason and common sense after careful and impartial consideration of all the evidence, or lack of evidence, in a case.

Proof beyond a reasonable doubt, therefore, is proof of such a convincing character that you would be willing to rely and act upon it without hesitation in the most important of your own affairs. However, it does not mean an absolute certainty

http://www.lectlaw.com

I work for someone most people hate. We often take people to court, and we almost always win.  Because jurors are reasonable, and as much as they hate us, they hate people who lie, cheat, steal, (and in this case neglect and murder) more.  Because of this, I don't have any doubt that Casey will be found guilty of all counts. I doubt that they will give her the DP since she is young and cute, but life without parole works fine for me.

I think it was Red that said the OJ verdict was payback for the LAPD, and I have to agree with that, and he is right, this isn't LA, and Casey isn't OJ, and Baez is a far cry from Cochran.

I'm going to get a shower and think about hitting the hay! If I don't get back, you guys have a great night and may smiling angels watch over you as you sleep!

Dear God? Please hug Caylee a little longer for us tonight. Then pat her on the butt as she runs in fields of flowers to play with other children on shining rainbows! We have come to love your creation of Caylee and I pray that we may be good stewards of your principles as we struggle to carry on, seeking to abide by Your Just Nature for those who harmed Caylee while she was with us. Amen

Nite!

Anyone who thinks an animal would not be able to move a trash bag containing a two year old child has never seen a raccoon in action. My parents have a screened porch on which they once left a large bag of dog food. A raccoon tore away the screen from the wood on the porch and dragged the bag of food across the porch.

I have to agree we have a Siberan Husky who once had drugged a deer cacus up to the back deck.

Oh, you should see the damage mine can do when she wants to

She looks like she could fetch a VW Bug

One thing that I bet Caylee would find very funny, and laugh a lot at, is my doxie new snow boots, and the way he walks in them.     He's 2 dogs long and 1/2 a dog high.  In the 3 inches of snow we have here, he sinks in up to his belly.  Standing IN the snow to go potty isn't the most fun he's ever had.  With the boots on, especially on the floor before going outside, he flings his feet in all directions, trying to toss off those boots.  He looks like a drunken ballerina.  Bet Caylee is giggling in heaven watching him.

I wonder if Casey will give Cindy and George the authority to release Caylee's remains to the funeral home...
That's the question I've been wondering. Also Caylee's remains were identified by nuclear DNA, don't you need both the mother and father's DNA for that, or am I wrong?

No, you just need a full nuclear DNA profile of the subject, in this case Caylee, which they already had from doing the test with Jesse Grund that proved he wasn't the father.

If the remains matched Caylee 100%, they don't need anybody else's DNA.

LMAO~you should see her when I say "bye bye", she runs and jumps in the car and I have to put the top down so she can fit in it, her head is actually over the top of the windsheild, but she's really a big baby.......a sweetie, but sure can scare the h@ll out of people who easily frighten

I think we will hear from the Ants as soon as LP announces he is holding a memorial for Caylee.  Trial on TV....absolutely, especially if it stays in Orlando.  Change of venue?  Baez said he had a place in mind but wouldn't name it...didn't want to taint the jury pool.  Any ideas as to his location?

Baez has no say where the trial will be heard; it is up to the judge.  Here's a good idea when watching these news shows....Baez knows chit and is talking out of his butt.  Do not take anything he says as gospel.  Baez will file a motion for a change of venue and the judge will make a decsision "Yes" / "no" and where it will be held.

What a cutie pie islandmonkey! Great photo!

Thanks~that was from Thanksgiving. He loves just running in the dunes, and all around them. He's my youngest beach bum, and we have sand everywhere-the car, the house anywhere you can imagine-even the dryer! But, we love it and more than anything he feels safe here and it shows on his face.
