Is there anyway someone could put up the little picture of caylee w/ the book w/ the middle picture of the skull.  It would be interesting to compare the sizes of the skull and book.

They just said on Fox that they were awaiting the news conference, and that there would be a picture of Caylee on the stage? What does that mean??

The more I think about it, the less this "dramatic" turn of events really means to the case as we understood it last week.  It would have been great if the body had been found sooner, but it was not, and the point it that it is now found.  Casey is still the only suspect.  Casey is still the one whose car reeked of death.  And something sent the cops straight back to the Anthony home upon finding the body.

Maybe Casey had no real plan for this anymore than she has had a plan for other parts of her life.  She tossed the body in the woods, not caring what was with it or even thinking about that, just wanting to get rid of the damned stinking corpse.  (That is how she saw it.)  She has lived a narrow life in that little neighborhood with her parents, so that is where she dumped the body.

She may well have expected it to be found and to be charged and just decided to party til it happened.  But when her mom showed up and pushed her into giving info about the baby, she kind of followed Cindy's lead.  Cindy was ready to believe that Caylee had been kidnapped and so she ran with it.

I wonder if it has occurred to Cindy that had she not recruited people to call in meaningless tips, then maybe OSCO would not have been as overwhelmed and this tip could have received more attention. No.Of course that wouldn't occur to her!

Maybe...but considering how close the tip was to the home, it makes no sense they wouldn't prioritize it. Just my opinion. If LE dropped the ball on this (I pray they didn't) but if they did, on this case, so high profiled, it would be a serious problem for prosecution...I think.

I don't think that will change any evidence they have though. Yes the meaningless tips just clogged up the system but I think the A's preferred that because they knew Caylee was dead.

JB had to delay the pre-trial hearing because he wasn't ready. I am sure if this had been found in Aug he would have made many delay requests because he is having a hard time with this case even with the multiple reporting of a bag out there.

I think the bag with Caylee's body was heavy and hard to handle as LP said awhile back and that was the furthest she could get with it. The pictures show just how close the road was to that finding and the vegetation kept it from moving that much probably.

I wonder if any of the meter reader's tips are in the documents JB did not pick up..that would be interesting....

If I'm looking at the skull correctly, there is tissue left on it. The nostrils are still visable, and individual nostrils are not on a bare skull.

Also, there have been reports of some hair still on the skull. Hair is attached to skin, not bone.

Sources close to the investigation told Eyewitness News early Friday afternoon that the tipster meter reader is Roy Kronk, an ex-military man who lost his wife to cancer a year ago. He's expected to appear at a 3:30pm news conference. The meter reader kept persevering about seeing something important in the woods close to the Anthonys' home (map from location to Anthonys' home), which has now been the focus of investigators for nine days now.

Thank you and I agree that this man is not involved for otherwise he wouldn't reveal the location of the remains.  That would make no sense at all.

That does make no sense, but some people want to reach so far for conspiracy that they might believe anything.

Look, some people fell for the clown that posted the name as German Gonzalez.  It was a joke, but somehow it developed into an internet fictional truism.

I now do not believe at all that the meter reader was involved, but the reason it first peaked my suspicion is that some murderers do return to the scene of their crimes again and again. There are some who do want the location of their crimes to be found, too. (I just wanted to explain why I started along that train of thought. I am not into conspiracy theories at all.)

I am now sorry that I suspected him; it was just based on some things I have heard about killers before.

that picture is from WS. the skull has been photoshopped as a guide so that people could see what the poster thought was a skull. the defined skull in the pic IS NOT REAL. it is just superimposed on the image as a guide.

Has anyone thought that there is a possibility that Casey knew the meter reader. We could have read theirs for some time. I talk to my Meter reader every month and I know him pretty well now. He asked me out when we got to know each other, Maybe Casey let him in and they formed a relationship. This is just a thought. I am leaning towards this meter reader just being obsessed in the case like we all are and I would search if I was that close too. I would never give up. He probably had a nagging hunch and could not ignore it.

The skull you see in that picture was photoshopped in by someone as an example of what people THINK they are seeing. 

IMO, there is no way LE would have released a picture of the skull.

Especially a black one.  I believe the skull picture was added and the transparency level was lowered so the background would show, thus making skull look black.  Skulls are off white, even dirty ones would not appear to be totally black.
