One of the attorneys I spoke with last night...a very well known death penalty attorney in Houston said this is a circumstantial case (as IHO she will never confess to murder....there is a slim chance the defense may do a turn around and try to say it was an accident and she went into a  state of panic (explaining this is why she kept Caylee's body in the trunk) and then it was so horrific to her mentally that she concocted a story in her mind that completely exonerated her from the deed and guilt, I think I am getting what he said correctly ...my notes are sketchy...but this is close)  and that is exactly what will WIN this case....the prosecution will have a time line and be able to substantiate it....they will be able to prove that no one other than Casey could have committed this crime.he has been keeping up on things and said the LE and FBI have done a fantastic job...neither cracking or giving in to outside pressures...the forensics are there (and more than we have any idea of)...forensics and the substantiate time line are the keys to convicting Casey....he also said, as we think, George will be a KEY witness for the prosecution.  Just thought I'd share some of what he said.

Death certificate to be issued today by Dr G as homicide by unknown means. If she thought that other tests would find a cause she would NOT issue the certificate.

Well now we know for certain that indeed little Caylee has been found.I don't know how you all feel but for me,I am so ready for the heat to be turned up to the maximum on George,Cindy,and Lee..I truly feel they are all guilty in one way or another and just like Casey,need to pay for their actions.They mentioned immunity..I hope they don't get it and are prosecuted to the full extent of the law.I do not and I repeat,do not feel sorry for any of them...May they now reap the whirlwind because it's exactly what they deserve!!!!

BTgirl - that is the photo gif that Blonde posted on the previous page.  If it is "infected" then photobucket is infected and I don't believe that to be true.  It's possible your security from work is set extremely high.  I know that San cannot get into photobucket from her work (for instance).

There is one positive thing that we know will come out of this. George, Cindy, Jose, etc., can no longer distract from the facts of the case by saying that Caylee is alive and the police department should be looking for a live child who was kidnapped. The DNA results don't lie.

The meter guy is a hero. If it wasn't for him, it may have been years before she was found and long after the trial.

You are so right...and the world would have had to go through the nightmare of the endless sightings and Cindy making appearances on TV for THAT MISSING CHILD.  And the endless exploiting of other innocent children.  Hopefully, this ends the A's new career of being REPRESENTATIVES OF ALL MISSING CHILDREN.  



Thank you God, we really appreciate your blessing that we have all prayed for in earnest that Caylee's remains have been found and she can have the respect and dignity she so deserved.  Amen.
