Keating from Fox, supposedly asked someone from LE about arrests, and the answer was something to the effect of not today, but could be coming down the road. Also Yuri was along with the CSI team, and the CSI team were taking pictures of the outside of the house.

My money is on Lee.

Maybe Lee assisted his sister in the disposal of his niece's body.  Maybe Lee's fingerprints are on the duct tape wrapped around the Caylee Marie's skull or ... the duct tape used to tie the bag.

Lee refused a lie detector test and ... did not willingly give his fingerprint or DNA to authorities.

George and Cindy Anthony voluntarily gave up DNA samples this week so investigators could scientifically exclude either of them as the source of the hair and stain in Casey's trunk, but investigators had to get a search warrant to get Casey's brother Lee to submit to a DNA test. He also has refused to take a lie detector test for the FBI.

Does anyone remember when George and Cindy met w/ Casey in jail and Cindy asks her what she wants to tell Caylee and Casey opens her mouth and lies and then talks about forgiving Zani?  It just struck me, but I think it is telling as to whether George and Cindy really believed the whole scenario, in that through all the media coverage and access they had they never once relayed those messages.

Lee may have cut his ties to Casey if he heard she accused him of molesting her.  And George may feel the same way if he hears that she accused him of the same thing.  I find it so odd that they are not publicly denying those rumors though.  You would think they would make statements saying, "We categorically deny any suggestion of abuse."  I also recall Cindy's soft little answer when the FBI man asked if there had been in physical or sexual abuse in the home.  It was one word: "No."  With every other question she elaborated and went on and on.  But not with that question.

Of course it could work in court.  Criminal trials require stronger proof for the stronger charges, and if you can't prove cause of death then you can't prove that the crime (sans confession) was premeditated and intentional.  High-grade murder charges usually require premeditation.

If Casey "comes clean" and announces as her defense that "the whole thing was a terrible accident, and because" Casey is "completely insane with depression and suicidal tendencies" Casey "tried to cover it up.....waaaaaahhh" <hides her face in her hands and squirts water into her eyes while no one can see, then looks up>.

She might get off with manslaughter instead of murder, and get out of prison before menopause, so she can start producing new future child "accidental death" victims.

In my own opinion.....The father of Caylee will be revealed at least in trial.  Prosecutors cannot prosecute this case and expect to win if they did not fully investigate the father and his family and whether they had any involvement in her death.  If I were a juror and knew nothing about this case I would immediately ask myself why no one ever mentioned the father. I would ask myself if they never investigated the next closest relative then why couldn't the father have killed her.  Additionally the defense could put up the notion that the father was never investigated and if Casey doesn't testify...then who is there to say different.
I just don't believe any prosecutor is gonna into this case and say: Wellll, no one ever told us who the father is soooo dahhh we never looked into his possible involvement.

I totally agree.  I am just certain that the prosecutor is satisfied that the father and family is not involved.  Up until a week and a half ago this was a kidnapping/missing person case according to the defense.  They would have tried to use it.  DA wouldn't leave that open.  I'm one of the people who, in my gut, believe that the father is very close.  Of course, if that changes I'll reach out and let everyone know.

I know it wouldn't be admissable in court but if they were to agree to any sort of deal where she tells what happened they could ask for a polygraph to help ensure she is telling the truth.

Sociopaths are very good at fooling polygraphs, because polygraphs work by involuntary reactions to emotional stimuli.  If you have to fake all your emotions (as sociopaths do) then you will be able to fake out a polygraph.

I absalutly believe that the Anthony's are gonna need that immunity deal.  But I feel in my heart that its too late for them to ask for it.  I honestly think the LE is gonna follow up on the false information the Anthony's have given and charge them with something..
    I also think that Lee is the smartest one of them all, for going into hiding and getting away from the media and  not perjuring himself anymore than he already had, and therefore will prolly be the only one not in trouble with LE...........
     I also (as I have said here many times before) do not believe that Lee is the father nor do I believe George is,  I do still stand with my original post that the father is deceased,,,,,,,,,,

Cheeky, that is a really good observation about the time Cindy asked what Casey wanted her to tell Zanny and Caylee when she appeared before the media.  Casey told her to tell Caylee that she loved her---and I think to be brave---and to tell Zanny "I forgive you."  Cindy never delivered either of those messages via the media.

It could be that speculation abounds in regard the changing stories encompassing the finding of Caylee's remains.

The first account by Beary was that nature called and ... the chosen location to relieve himself resulted in Kronk discovering the plastic bag which he kicked and ... a skull rolled out.

Now it turns out that Kronk has phone in tips regarding the area on three consecutive days in August ... reporting the bag.

I cannot comprehend why Kronk or the LE did not investigate the contents of the bag at that time.  Did the two of them just stare at the plastic bag together and ... walk away?

Something is not right when you consider that Kronk felt it important enough to phone LE THREE TIMES.
