Caylee's Law is so that no parent or family member of a missing or murdered child can profit in any form.  This includes, sales of video, pictures, etc.  also included is movies, books, magazine, tabloid or any other form of media.

Caylee's Law should also include a specific timeline that is required for a parent, caregiver is required to report the child missing to Law Enforcement.

ya'll, i'm sorry, but this people are seriously CRAZY. What about the donations they have already received. this makes me soooooo MAD. I just had to have my cat put to sleep & I treated him better than this. I paid $300. to have him cremated so i could always have him & not have to bury him & eventually leave him. I found him at the dump & i couldn't bear the thought of him been treated like trash after death. This is a CHILD!!!!! I have never ever in my life seen more SELFISH & CRAZY PEOPLE!!!!

I would like your opinion on something....if the prosecution goes for murder 1 and/or the death penalty and doesn't offer a downgrade option to the jury...do you think there is a good chance she could walk?

  Its a terrible world when we have to keep making these laws that are named after the poor children that have been killed by nut cases.  but  yes it should be a law

The jury will decide guilt first on the murder one.  Then they will vote on the sentencing phase.  What they have said is that some jurors, the ones that don't believe in the death sentence, are less likely to vote guilty of murder one if they know the choice of death will be possible during the sentencing phase.

The one thing i hate about nancy grace is her lines are always busy. when u do get thru they hang up on you. and they let the DUMBEST people ask the stupidest questions that have already been asked by another stupid person...uhhh i hate it!

And they ALWAYS start off with "I have a question" after NG says "What's your question?" Duh!
