With all the lawyer and the pr  people the Ants hire-dont you think one of then would be able to make them behave like decent people. Like the new lawyer should have said -I dont think the time is right to ask for donations for Caylee furneral.

WFTV-Channel 9's Mary Nguyen reported that George and Cindy Anthony might ask for donations to bury Caylee. "The Anthonys are hoping the public will pay for their granddaughter's funeral," Nguyen said.

This is the website of the person who is part of the team and she said the other night that she was hired to examine the remains as a forensic anthrpologist.
Guess they want to make a determination as to when the child died. Don't know how close they could get no matter how smart they were. I guess Baez's experts are done, the ANT family will get the remains.

It's hot here again today and the air conditioner is going hell for leather!

I would like your opinion on something....if the prosecution goes for murder 1 and/or the death penalty and doesn't offer a downgrade option to the jury...do you think there is a good chance she could walk?

JMO- I think they are better off taking the death penalty off the table and go with Life without Parole. Some jurors become dead lock when it comes to the death penalty.

In some jurisdictions, the defense must prove mitigating circumstances by a preponderance of the evidence and the prosecution must prove aggravating circumstances beyond a reasonable doubt. This is a huge advantage for the defendant and a major disadvantage for the prosecution.

The one thing i hate about nancy grace is her lines are always busy. when u do get thru they hang up on you. and they let the DUMBEST people ask the stupidest questions that have already been asked by another stupid person...uhhh i hate it!

And they ALWAYS start off with "I have a question" after NG says "What's your question?" Duh!

I really hope the Anthonys are not trying to scam for funeral money now.  That would be the icing on the cake.  I would not give them a penny, but there are always crazy or misguided people who would.

Jesse's remarks tonight about Casey thinking he loved Caylee more than he loved her are very telling.  She felt the same way about Cindy.  Cindy herself said jealousy was the problem and it sure looks that way.  Jesse is a remarkably kind person, much too good for any of the Anthonys.

How did these people get along before this happepned.  I cant see them leading a normal life.  They are to nuts.  I would love to hear from Cindy Co-workers.  What kind of person she was.  Its kind of strange no one of her firends or co worker sold their story to one of the papers.

I have wondered the same thing about the coworkers.  They have not sold their stories but they have not come forward with glowing statements about the Anthonys either.  I'll bet Cindy was a drama queen at work and she probably talked about her problems with Casey but the people may not want to get involved and who can blame them.

   Hi Monkeys, trying to catch up on all the info here.  I personally feel that KC should spend the rest of her life in jail.  She needs to suffer for what she has done.  Think about it, no mani and pedis.  No hair salon for a new do.  Sitting in a cell thinking about the heinous crime that she committed against her very own child.  Eating tons of junk food, getting grotesquely huge (500 lbs would be a good weight for her).  Throw in a little acne.  Nothing would make her suffer more than for her looks to go to hell!!  I have never seen a more insecure person in my life.  May she live to be 100 years old rotting in prison with BIG BERTHA as a cell mate.

I think Casey will be in jail for the rest of her life.  As you say, it is the ultimate punishment.  No young men either, and she loves those young rapper types.

I was very impressed listening to Jesse, a very decent young man. When he was talking and started to cry, even my husband had to leave the room with tears in his eyes. All this jealousy Casey must have been building up inside over Caylee, I am surprised she didn't harm her sooner. A very insecure, evil woman.

     I am so sick of the Anthony's and their antics, profiting off of their granddaughter, hiring attorneys, bad mouthing heroes like Tim Miller,  while supporting that scumbag of a daughter! 

Now they want the public to pay for the funeral?  Just how freaking nuts is that.

     I distinctly remember not having the cash to pay for our sons' funeral. We put it on a credit card!  I know they have one since we have all heard how Casey used them all the time.

     Not one time did the money ever cross our mind, it was a non issue. We were concerned for our family, and people who loved him. We charged the fee to have him brought home, the casket, the funeral home expenses, the family car, the plot and the marker, and we never once worried about where the money would come from. We never asked for a penny from anyone, nor did anyone other than my husband and I know that we didn't have the money.

     Less than 90 days later we did it all over again after my husbands father was murdered. We never contemplated asking for someone else to pay, although we did bury him at a National cemetery since he was a veteran, but it still was not free, and all the other charges were in no way covered.

     You know what?  God provided for us. Sympathy cards came, and many of them included a $20 bill, or a $50 check, my husband got an amazing bonus that year, and somehow it all worked out in the end.

     This is the last thing they will EVER do for Caylee, and they don't have the common decency to do it without exploiting her. They are selfish, dishonest, and lack any moral character whatsoever.  They can't afford a casket, have the funeral at "their" church, and buy a plot and marker, but they cans stay at the Ritz?

I am so furious I just can't even see straight!

It makes me wonder why they just do not put her in a pauper's grave.  Honestly, they have shown Caylee no real respect since this whole thing started.  Why don't they go back to work and make some money for themselves instead of begging and trying to live off others.  They were able to travel, to appear on tv, etc.  They should go back to work now.

That man is brilliant! I love how he just lets the people he is interviewing talk. Unlike Nancy Grace (hate her nose breathing face). He needs a show on tv. Plus he has that Canadian voice.
