Hi Monkeys!

Okies.. here a WHAT IF scenario.  It isn't totally worked out yet, just kind of a rough draft.  lol

-----------

What IF it's true that Caylee died by accident, on Cindy's watch, George's watch, with Casey, or during/after that fight where Cindy supposedly choked Casey.  Or that she died while with Casey, either neglect, doing something illegal, or in a rage.  Caylee's dead and possibly all four A's who know exactly what happened.  Everyone panicked, huge discussion over what are we gonna do, etc.

There seems to be major family secrets that up until then have been kept quiet, and they want/need for them to remain that way.  Or there was something involved with the accident that was illegal in some sense, that would cause the circumstances of the 'accident' to bring felony charges, or something.  So the cover-up begins.  They possibly buying time for any forensic evidence that would prove cause of death to disappear.  Could be they all made up the kidnapping story.  Cindy in charge telling each of them what they would do, what their role would be, what to say, etc.

What if during all of this, Cindy doesn't trust that Casey won't throw them under the bus, won't follow her 'script' for the next however many days it will take for any forensic evidence to be gone.  Maybe they all buried Caylee in the backyard temporarily until they had figured out what else they'd do.  Casey figures Cindy has it all under control.

Something happens that truly pisses Cindy off, what if Cindy decided to throw Casey under the bus before she had the chance to do it to them.  They move Caylee's body in the trunk, maybe Casey wasn't even aware of that, placing Caylee's body in Casey's fav place, to implicate Casey and Casey alone.  Taking things from the house and Caylee's fav items to ensure that Casey would go down for that.  (Perhaps not thinking that it might implicate them as well).  Perhaps the cleaning frenzy, getting rid of things in the car and house etc, was more to remove any of their OWN evidence than it was in trying to get rid of Casey's.

Meanwhile, Casey thinking she's following Cindy's script, leaves the car at Ascot, setting the plan into motion, goes off with her friends thinking Cindy has it all under control.  Then they all wait for Caylee's body to become a skeleton, removing traces of however it was she had died.  With the intent for Casey to be arrested, Cindy jumps the gun and changes the script, calling the police on Casey and reporting the car stolen.  Casey in confusion tries to follow their script.  Cindy acts like she doesn't know what the heck Casey is talking about, George and Lee just going along cuz that's what they've done since forever.  Casey realizes she is being thrown under the bus alone.  Cindy gets scared realizing that if Casey tells the truth they will ALL go down, and the danger she worries about is what Casey herself will or won't say about THEM.  And the scramble to keep her quiet begins, while using the fact that Casey is a liar against her.

----------------

Still a 'rough-draft' scenario, yet maybe you can see where I'm going with it.

I've had similar thoughts and then I think of all the reasons against this theory and then my head hurts. However, something along these lines keeps coming back to me.

Has anyone ever said whether Casey hasn't been visited by her parents because they don't want to or because she doesn't want them to?

At least these children will have something soft and cuddly in their arms when they fall asleep at night wherever that is..I think it's a good thing....

You know when Casey talked to the detectives and lied and lied, they didnt get angry and scream at her, but when she gets on the witness stand (if she does) and starts telling the Zanny story, and then says Zanny must have broken into her house to get the blanket, book, etc.  then what????
Then all of us in the court room laugh and I start blogging again with my BB.  LOL

Disturbed Evidence at Caylee Anthony Site Could Hurt Defense

By HOWARD ALTMAN | The Tampa Tribune

Published: December 22, 2008

By the time investigators working for the Anthony family were allowed to visit the site where 2-year-old Caylee Anthony's body was found, it was too late to gather any "virgin scene" evidence, says forensic scientist Henry Lee.

That's one reason why the defense team, which had been seeking access to the crime scene since the bones were discovered, on Saturday declined the chance to visit the site, says Lee, working as part of a team on behalf of lawyers hired by the Anthony family. The bones, determined to be Caylee's, were found about a half-mile from where Caylee lived with her mother, Casey and grandparents.

"Ideally, we would have been out there the first day, before there was any disturbance," says Lee, perhaps best known for his work on the O.L Simpson case.

Caylee's mother, Casey Anthony, has been charged with first-degree murder in the toddler's death.
After a grueling 10-day sweep of the crime scene, Orange County Sheriff's Office investigators concluded their search Saturday morning and offered the defense team a chance to visit the site. The team declined.

Lee says at this point, defense investigators are relying on media reports for information.

"We want to know the location of the plastic bag and skull," he says. "How many bones were inside the bag? How many bones were outside. We don't know anything directly from the sheriff's office. As an expert, you can only look at the original crime scene or original evidence. Once it is altered or changed, it is very difficult to put together."

Orange County Sheriff's Office spokesman Capt. Angelo L. Nieves declined comment.

Hours after the sheriff's office finished the crime scene investigation, the office obtained a warrant to search the home of George and Cindy Anthony, the parents of 22-year-old Casey Anthony.

Lee surmises investigators found evidence at the scene they believe is linked to the Anthony house but said he does not have any direct knowledge.

Defense investigators, says Lee, will eventually visit the crime scene.

"I will be looking for trace evidence and DNA evidence," Lee said. "Hair. Fiber. Any forensic evidence. Another area we will need to do work on is crime scene reconstruction."

I totally agree.  What else should be done with those toys?  Caylee can't use them, they will just become trash if left out in the weather.  At least a child does get to have a gift this Christmas thanks to Caylee.  But it is sad.....

I hope this person doesn't have children:

Some parents said they were praying for the Anthonys and a few even said they sympathize with Casey Anthony, who stands accused of murdering her two-year-old daughter. She could go to prison for life is she's convicted. A tentative trial date has been set for March of 2009.

"I hope the courts understand that she was a young mom and there are hard times," said Jennifer Gonzalez.

Praying for the Anthony's I can see.  I still do this and I can't stand them.  Sympathize with a murderer.  When there are hard times does that give the mother a right to kill her child?  Not!  My daughter is married but money is tight.  She is working going to school and her husband is to be deployed to Afghanistan next year so she will be without his help, love and support.  She is lucky however that we live just 20 minutes away so we can help.  Hard times or not that is not an excuse to kill your child.

It is reported the Anthonys will be having a private funeral for Caylee after the holidays, and will hold a public memorial for Caylee as well. Orlando Sentinel.com.

This almost tells me there is going to be a 2nd autopsy.  I don't know how long the ME or the funeral home would hold a body, but until after the holidays seems like a long time.

That is so cute, and I am sure Klaasend will have an excellent answer for you, but my answer is, there will always be missing adults and sadly missing children.  Look at the forum and pick another person, we will probably (hopefullly) all still be here to provide answers and hope to other families in need.

In a perfect world yes we would all move on with our lives, unfortunately there are still killers out there, and often times we get interested in other cases that are on this board as well.  I for one was a lurker of the Natalee thread turned poster for Caylee.

I don't think that the people who donated those bears, etc. gave them to the Anthonys to do with as they wish.  While the decision to give the toys to a shelter is not, in itself wrong, it is not for the Anthonys to decide.  God knows their decisions up to now have been ridiculous. If I had taken a memento to that site I would want those grasping, amoral people to keep their hands off.  These things are not on Anthony property, or do they now think they own all of Orlando?  Heck! They don't even own their own house.  They are mortaged up to the hilt.

I have been sitting on my hands over this issue for a while now.  I truly believe that the A's would be damned no matter what their decision had been.

I live in FL about an hour and half west of Orlando.  The weather here, up until today has been very warm and more importantly, HUMID.  Every night we have had dense fog that doesn't burn off until about 9:00 AM.  I spent part of yesterday afternoon cleaning a baby exersaucer that we have outside, under a roof but open to the pool cage.  The thing was covered in mold, from little Stevie chewing on the toys and then sitting outside all night.  We had a playpen out there in the summer months and the whole bottom was destroyed from mold.  It's a huge problem down here.

Now those toys at the Memorial site had been out, what, two days and nights?  The kids will be lucky if they aren't already moldy. It's a wonderful GESTURE, but just not practical down here.

Also, in my county, Hernando, it is NOT legal to put up roadside displays - for any reason.  If you lost someone you loved in an accident, you can buy an approved display, kind of small cross, and put it up.  Otherwise, any displays left are promptly taken away by the "Code Police" or code nazis as I like to call them!

So I am not standing with the A's but I think this is just such a small thing to be faulting them on.  They probably didn't have much choice - either donate or someone else would have taken care of it.

OK, let the nanners come, I am hungry anyway!

It is interesting that the cops who went back to the Anthony home last time took shoes belonging to both Caylee and Casey.  I have not heard that they found any shoes in the area with the body, but maybe they found some footprints.  I also wondered if maybe Casey and Caylee walked down there from the house and Casey killed her there.  Later she went back and put Caylee in the bag.  The sheriff said no child should have to go through this.  Maybe Casey took a live Caylee there, taped her mouth and put her in the bag and let her die.  But how would they know?
