I'm starting this thread for those that would like to list their New Year's Resolutions for 2009.

Okay, I will go first.  (Last one in is a Monkey's Uncle).

1.  I will  spend no more than one hour a day on the forum.

2.  I won't go O/T unless in the proper thread.

3.  I will make no New Year's Resolutions.

I think this one I can stick to.

I quit smoking last Sunday.    It was hard the first three days, but I'm starting to get over it.

I'm giving myself until 1 February to get the smoking habit completely gone, heal my lungs a little  - then I'm moving the treadmill into my family room, in front of the TV, so I'm tripping over it!   Plan to keep it there, annoying me, until I get back into the habit of walking an hour each day!   (a habit normally takes about 2-3 weeks to form - not moving that machine until I'm hooked on walking again).

That's my New Years Resolutions - and I'm sticking to it!

Thanks for the encouragement.

Tomorrow will mark 2 weeks without a cigarette.    I'm starting to better.   I find that I'm not thinking about them that much anymore.

I have a grand baby coming in August.   I have a great reason to quit!
