I did not notice any names of anyone from Amscot on the witness list. Also, it seems to me that the neighbor who heard the arguing in the Anthony home would have something to add.

I don't recall anyone from Amscot, but I believe the neighbor Brian?, is on the list.

I believe Janet posted the list today and there were amscot people on there IIRC
As far as the Scamthony's having attorneys, i dont recall Sharon Rocha having one to protect her civil rights, or Mark Klass or John Walsh.. the Scam's are despicable... i hope they all end up in jail.. happy new years to them

Also, notice how she has Georgie's hand clutched underneath hers.....she's ready to squeeze the blood out of it if he utters an incorrect/safe response.  Guess she had to use Lee's thigh, or else she'd have both men's hands in her lap.  yick.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is what all the pictures of them look like. Even the ones hanging on their walls.

Florida is the sunshine state in more ways than one. There is tremendous transparency there and I'm thinking that there should be no question that the trial will be broadcast live, but I'd sure feel a little better if someone would officially say that!

I sure HOPE so.......if not we have to get someone in that court room!!  Since the A's and Lee are on the witness list I take great pleasure in them not being allowed to sit there and give the evil one moral support!!

Well.... I hear tell there's a dude with a cam, a truck, and broadcasting abilities... he might be interested in being in that court room.

trying to get a memorial for Caylee together---

i posted this on another forum   as im trying to  get as much participation as i can--

i dont post much -- but i"ve been addicted to the caylee case for months, because she has touched something in me. I've actually been on two TES searches for caylee. one on labor day weekend , one at the beginning of november-and went with a group i met on the net- i live about an hour from orlando-

one of my "net" friends that came with me to search is from South Carolina- she called me tonite and had a great idea for a memorial for Caylee-she suggusted we try to do it on New Years Day, but that may be inconvenient for some -- please-- feel free to make suggestions

its something that NO ONE can rip up - or destroy (Lee, nor any Anthony)

she has found a site- that will send live butterflys (she tells me its a good price- and shipping is very reasonable)

she wants to order some and have them released at the site where Caylee was found- as they are released- she wants a song to be played

1. a day that may be more convenient-it would be great if we could meet up and do this as a group (she is willing to travel to fl again)

I agree that if Caylee's Dad had passed away, there would have been an effort to get SS checks. What I can't figure out is why there was no effort to collect child support from a living father. I've never been sure there was incest of any kind, but, to me, the lack of securing child support is the most compelling reason to consider it.

Well ~ I guess this glass of wine has loosened my lips tonight  .

I have thought for a longggg time about the Lee/incest notion.

What really nailed it for me was simply the manner/inflection Lee used when talking with her in jail . . . . when he called her "darling".  Something about the manner in which he said it totally creeped me out.  I have 2 brothers, and they have NEVER said anything to me in that type of voice.

If Caylee died shortly after KC administered whatever, would that be enough time for the substance to be absorbed by the bone remains?

From what I understand, Golden Oldie, if Casey used something once which made Caylee die, accidently or otherwise, it might not show up on their tests, because there weren't any organs etc.  However... if Casey had been using something over a longer period of time with Caylee, such as helping her to sleep night after night, etc.  that might show up in her hair and bone marrow.

I agree with you, Wyks, if Caylee was killed by something that KC had been using over a period of time.  

I've been trying to find out more info on bone marrow from skeleton remains, and from what I've found, a lot of drug info can be found out from the bone marrow way after the fact.  I just can't find anything that gives info on how long it takes for a drug to be absorbed by the bone marrow, in case KC used something "new" on Caylee.

WOW!!  Hi All!!  I've been lurking for awhile and have finally been approved to say something, I'm soooo excited!!!    My name is Shannon, I'm a stay at home mom of 2 girls, Samantha 11, and Hannah 5.  This Anthony case really had me intrigued from the start and then I found this place and well, yanno what can happen!!!
