Florida is the sunshine state in more ways than one. There is tremendous transparency there and I'm thinking that there should be no question that the trial will be broadcast live, but I'd sure feel a little better if someone would officially say that!

I sure HOPE so.......if not we have to get someone in that court room!!  Since the A's and Lee are on the witness list I take great pleasure in them not being allowed to sit there and give the evil one moral support!!

Well.... I hear tell there's a dude with a cam, a truck, and broadcasting abilities... he might be interested in being in that court room.

*whistles innocently*

Court TV (trutv) have said numerous times they will be televising Casey's trial.

Dr. G did say something about tox tests being done and a three inch portion of bone. Macerated was the word used. That piece of bone would not be given with the remains as it would be destroyed in testing. That's all I remember. It ws all TMI for me for that day. Guess the defense would want to do their own tox tests too. Gruesome stuff. I know her spirit left her earthy vessel  , but GEEEEZZ

If Caylee died shortly after KC administered whatever, would that be enough time for the substance to be absorbed by the bone remains?

From what I understand, Golden Oldie, if Casey used something once which made Caylee die, accidently or otherwise, it might not show up on their tests, because there weren't any organs etc.  However... if Casey had been using something over a longer period of time with Caylee, such as helping her to sleep night after night, etc.  that might show up in her hair and bone marrow.

I agree with you, Wyks, if Caylee was killed by something that KC had been using over a period of time.

I've been trying to find out more info on bone marrow from skeleton remains, and from what I've found, a lot of drug info can be found out from the bone marrow way after the fact.  I just can't find anything that gives info on how long it takes for a drug to be absorbed by the bone marrow, in case KC used something "new" on Caylee.

Ahhhh okay, that sounds like interesting research!

The following site is where I found info on forensic toxicology and bone marrow.  Maybe if you browsed around in the related pages (on the right side of that page) you might find something helpful in your search:

Always1, I'm not sure I have your original but Dolce might.  Yeah, I'm hoping she just been busy with the holidays.  She hasn't posted since 12/24 but I know she'll enjoy the Fashion forum.

New Reward Offered To Man Who Found Caylee's Remains
Leesburg Man Adds Caylee To Missing Children's Memorial

POSTED: 7:45 pm EST December 28, 2008
UPDATED: 8:16 pm EST December 28, 2008

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A new reward is being offered to meter reader Roy Kronk for finding the bag of skeletal remains that were determined to belong to missing Caylee Anthony.

According to Kronk's lawyer, George and Cindy Anthony's one-time representative Mark NeJame has contacted him about a reward. For now, it's unclear whether Kronk will accept the offer.

More than two weeks after Kronk discovered Caylee's remains along Suburban Drive, a memorial still draws people by the dozens.

Those who have followed the case closely have different opinions on whether Kronk deserves a reward.

"I think he should be rewarded, definitely," Aida Ramos said.

"If they think they found something, they should call it in," Jennifer Tice said. "That's all there is to it."

Tice said doing a good deed should not include an expectation of a cash reward.

"I don't think somebody should be rewarded for that," Tice said. "I mean, that's a child who is missing. That's common sense."

Kronk's attorney confirmed to WESH 2 that they are now considering an offer made by NeJame, who is offering a $5,000 reward to Kronk. That amount represents the money NeJame made while serving as the Anthony family's representative.

In his only statement to reporters, Kronk confirmed that he reported his suspicions four months before discovering the remains.

"I had previously reported to Crimeline and the sheriff's office that I had spotted something suspicious -- a bag in that same area," Kronk said.

Kronk's lawyer told WESH 2 that money is not Kronk's main motivation. But if he qualifies, at the very least, Kronk should receive a Crimeline reward.

When asked why Kronk deserved the reward, NeJame said, "I think Kronk is beyond deserving. Without him, who knows when Caylee would have been found?"

Man Adds Caylee To Waterfall Of Tears

A Leesburg man said he's determined to make sure Caylee is never forgotten, so he's adding her name to his Waterfall of Tears.

Donald Williams started building the memorial out of concrete blocks nearly four years ago after the murder of Jessica Lunsford on Florida's west coast.

"I wanted to build a little pond out here, a waterfall, and Jessica Lunsford got murdered, and I knew the reason I was building this then," Williams said. "I wanted to dedicate this memorial wall to these kids who have been murdered."

The memorial has blocks dedicated to more than 90 children, including Jon Benet Ramsey and Adam Walsh.

Now that Caylee's remains have been found, Williams said he believes it's time to add her name to the collection.

He said he has a special spot for Caylee's name, right next to Laura Miller. She's the daughter of the founder of Texas Equusearch, Tim Miller.

Miller and his group spent a lot of time in the search for Caylee.

Williams said he hopes Cindy and George Anthony will visit the memorial and write her name themselves. But if they don't, he said he will make sure Caylee has a place.

"They will be remembered, because they didn't deserve to be taken out of this world as young as they are," Williams said. "I want the parents to know that they are still alive, on my property they are still alive."

Williams said he encourages the public to stop by and see the memorial any time in his yard on Radio Road in Leesburg off of County Road 44.
