Honey...I am not sure about that.  This was info I was pulling off the web only in thinking about the Caylee situation.  It would be best to ask the doctor.  (huggs)
I am going to give her a call this afternoon.  So much of my life is based around the pool.

I understand... didn't mean to concern you, but I did find that information out there.  Things can drive you crazy, as one fact sheet will say one thing and another will say something else.
But it's true what the other monkey typed about it being noted all across the world, if it were a big problem, but I don't know why it would have been stated on the one report.  Unless there is certain types of water(s) used to fill the pools and mixed with certain chemicals.  Again,,,big huggs,,,didn't mean to scare you, darlin.

Good Morning Monkeys
I had to read this one twice;

FURHMAN: "There are not a lot of people that die of natural causes that after death put themselves in garbage bags."
I didn't realize that there were any....?
If there are any, that would be intersting indeed!

If true it could save Crazy's a$$, problem is they'd have to provide an actual courtroom demonstration of that kind of phenomenon - sure would out-do OJ's "if the glove doesn't fit, you must aquit" courtroom performance!
I nominate Cindy to die and put herself into a bag.  OooOops did I say that outloud..bad Dolce!!

Hi all Monkeys!   Just thinking ahead to the trial and what type of defense Baez & Company will put up....IMO they will be limited if they go for "family abused KC" scenario.  They would have to put KC on the stand or carry out a complete attack on her family (providing she really was abused) by directly questionning CA, GA & LA about actual events.  I'm guessing they could question some of her friends about family abuse, and I have no doubt that KC made up some whopper stories about her family, but how much weight would that carry?  She is a known liar;  the prosectution could have a field day on cross-examination.  In any event, I think the trial is going to be a nightmare for the Ants...I can't see how they aren't going to be slaughtered in court.

Someone asked about Sean Daley not appearing on the witness list...IMO, he's pro-KC and the SA doesn't need him.  I'm sure he could provide info, but if he is un-cooperative, SA is better off leaving him out.  Perhaps they have others who can testify to the same things.

What do you all think?

Hiya Monkeys!
I live in Port St Lucie and little Tristan Allegra was smothered in a hotel less than 2 miles from my home.. It has saddened my community. His mother gave him Advil, he woke up during the assault and tried to fight her off. His grandparents were barely part of his life but have been on every newscam.. his dad has a long drug and felony history. poor baby never really had a chance. The reality is there are so many of these children in danger, and we just don't realize it until it's too late. Eryn has been charged with 1st degree murder..earlier this year there was a father nearby who shook his 5 month old to death and received less than 18 months in jail and that baby also had some healed fractures..These cases have not received the national publicity that Caylee's did, but they are just as evil. It is the publicity that will get Crazy the sentence she deserves.

I want Casey to fry for this, dont get me wrong.  I believe she did it.  However, i do not believe from the CE announced publically, can convict her.  Im convinced from what we all have heard (CE)  is not enough alone for a murder charge, she will walk, maybe ten years.
However, LE must have some damning evidence that ties her to the murder.  Yes, we all know she didnt report Caylee missing, she was out having a big old party.  But, those actions, also play into her defense, that she "knew Caylee was safe"  This is what the defense will work towards.  All the sightings of casey out partying, after Caylee missing, could also mean Casey was not at all worried about her daughter, cos she honestly thought she was OK.  The crap about her dropping her off at sawgrass with the nanny, and her lies about working at that fun park, will all add up to mental health issues.  The "alleged" sexual abuse she has claimed.  it will get her 12 months in a mental health institution, maybe 2 years.  This is what the defense will go for.  After exhausting the case, she will end up walking.  Just MOO

I can't imagine how even a good defense lawyer, and Baez is certainly not from what I've seen, could convince a jury that Casey, who claimed her child was kidnapped by her nanny, felt so safe that the child was being cared for, she was free to go out and party every nite. The "kidnapped" and "safe" won't be something any sane juror will buy IMO. If she had said she left her with her nanny so she could feel free to party, and later on discovered the nanny had kidnapped her, a jury might understand that, but Casey has said from day # 1 that Caylee was kidnapped and she was given a script to follow for the next 30 days, etc. Not going to fly...

which just further shows that KC came up with the whole nanny thing on the fly - KC, not only are you diabolically evil and an odious creature, your a dumba$$ too!

Ok, I could not wait any longer.  I called my doc in regards to swimming.  She laughed at me and told me to breath.
She said that swimming is not a problem as long as the chemicals are balanced correctly in accordance to the Health Departments guidelines, and as long as I was not sniffin the chlorine jugs.
She said that if chloriform fumes were within the pool area it would be in extremely small amounts probably undetectable and most definantly unharmfull.  I found that interesting and had to share and take note of that myself.
She did tell me to stay clear of our company parking lot as our fleet of trucks could have an overwhelming smell that would not be ideal for me.  So no sniffin the Chevy's!

Thank you, Dolce...it was bothering me too.

Excellent point. Remember when OJ walked.
Florida is a strange place. They have the same LA don't trust the cops thing going on in many places. So jury selection will be key.

The cops bungled the first 3 meter reader calls. The Anthony's are working against the cops in many ways and that causes doubt. Hurricane Fay washed away the kidnappers fingerprints. Jesse has a secret. Casey was molested, mental, addicted. The public judged her before the trial. There are many reasons that this won't go like an episode of Law and Order.

I do have faith in LE and understand that the OJ case was historical in making departments all over the country step it up. I hope Casey is convicted because it's the right thing to happen.

Good Morning Monkeys !  We survived Disneyland...and had a magic time. My family really needed the time away this Holiday. Of course we missed our Heather more than ever being there with out her... although I could feel her there with me many times. During the fire works show there were two hearts brightly lighting the sky and of course my first thought was one for Heather and the other for Caylee !!
Missed you all.... reading back to get caught up.
Cyndi
That is wonderful that your family had a great time!  Good to hear and welcome back!

Awww that was perfect !!  Thanks !! I will get pics up soon.

I read about Tristan Flamom.  It is such a sad case.  I feel the mother should be put through the same torchure she made her son face in his last moments.  What a monster!  I can not fathom the thinking that these types of people must go through.  I would hate to live in their minds for even a slight second.

what was the other movie she hired?  My son prolly has it, and he isnt a killer.  Im not defending the pysco pathetic one at all.  It will all go down to what the young were into hiring at the time.  In a way, it will actually make her look like a normal young person, hiring the latest dvd movies.  This wont make her look any stranger than all the young people hiring out these dvds.  It actually might go towards her defense.  Has anyone considered this?  The movies were on the charts, the defense can say all the young ones were hiring these new releases.  it makes casey look normal.  Nothing wrong with it at all.
This is the thing, the movies she hired were newish releases, so now, the defense will portray her as an average young person.  they might even subpena all persons who hired these movies before her.  This alone is not going to convict her, it is all circumstantial evidence.  I trust LE has enough dna results to incriminate her.  But I will tell you all this right now.  Any circumstantial evidence, will not convict a 22 year old woman.  It might get her 12 months, but without actual dna evidence that she murdered caylee, she will walk after  a short probation period.  I have seen it before, I have personally been thru this before.  She will get off.

I understand what you're saying here, and yes it does make sense.  My sons have hundreds of ick movies cuz they were the new releases at the time, and they love ick movies, tho none of them have acted on what they've watched.  Thank goodness.

Am thinking that in this case tho, so there SO many details in a few certain movies and tv shows which are exactly the same as what has been done and said by Casey.  The *timing* that she watched these movies and tv shows will likely be taken into account as well.

Both content and timing, along with the other circumstantial evidence will likely help to bring Casey down.  But that's in IMO.

I think you're right, JodyO, but how will he intoduce the ridiculous nanny story?  He can mention it in his opening statement, but that isn't evidence.  If he puts someone else on the stand to tell the story, they can't because anything Casey told them is hearsay and not admissable and she's the only one who supposedly knows the story first hand.  Maybe the police interrogation can be admitted, but I didn't hear that she was Mirandized before she gave the statements.  I'm sure there must be a way.  Maybe someone here knows.

I think I would get way too carried away and not let her back out.  Maybe we could get one of those oversized bags and put them all in it...if anything we would be doing Community Service with this act.  Smile
