Hey Monks, I found this link about the PI.  It sounds like he wasn't working for Baez in November but for the Anthony's at that point, pro bono.

Very strange.  I think it is extremely important for LE to figure out who asked him to film there and whether or not he tampered w/ evidence.

How in the hell did he know to go to THAT EXACT SPOT to video......I smell CRAP!! (and y'all know CRAP isn't what I wanna say)

Could it be that Casey told her team where to find Caylee?

The PI will spin it as I was photographing all the sites were tips were called in.  We know there were 2 calls to crimeline by Kronk, think the A's would have had those, maybe not one to LE.

Somebody help me with this story:  so the PI hired by the A family was in the woods near the house and filmed the Same Exact Location where the body was found later but he says there was no body there at the time?????  Now, who does this help????? 

Supposedly shows KC couldn't have done it b/c she was in jail.

Because Luka says IIRC....you're either a witness or a suspect....and Lee hasn't been subpoenaed as a witness, so he must assume he is a suspect.  IMO

cooperative only when he is subpoenaed...azzhole....and when did he become qualified to run an investigation

If he had videos of that place before the body was there, then maybe someone in the Anthony family moved the body there. This man needs to be questioned by the FBI and see exactly WHY he was taking the pictures there and WHO told him to go there. The water is getting deeper all the time around the Anthony family. They may drown in their own lies.

ITA,  It is NOT just a coincidence that a PI WORKING FOR THE ANT'S was at the location of where little Caylee would turn up just one month later...IMO, I'm thinking this is the Obstruction charge that Lee A's attorney was just discussing a few days ago.  I think Casey might've said something to him about moving something and he did?????   BTW, I hope they drown soon, this is as crazy as they all are...

I will serve up banana splits for everyone if they find this guys shoe prints in the area close to where Caylee was found.  Then i will pass around chocolate syrup for all of us if they charge the whole dumb a$$ group of them with obstruction, etc. etc

We have the crazy lady who is a friend of the Anthony's, who searched with TES and claimed this area was not underwater, and that she was there and Caylee was NOT there.  You have this PI also claiming the same thing (although I'm not sure what was said or not about the water level).  Meter reader claims something has been there since mid August.  It's just bizarre!!

Which actually makes no sense if they claim Caylee was still alive... and they were getting donations from the public to assist in their search to find her.  Why would they.. or a PI on their behalf.. videotape any (particular) area out in the woods??

How you doing and how is Joe. Well, just when you thought this case could not get anymore bizarre it does. The last thing on Cindy's mind should be a vacuum, but something tells me she has already replaced the ones taken.

I'm good. His last name just jumped out and made me laugh. I'm sure she has a new vacuum for every room by now. I'm still hoping Joe will learn to use the vacuum, since it is his fault my carpet need the vacuum.

Putting on a defense for someone charged with a crime does NOT include planting or moving evidence!

OMG, if JB is found to be at the root of planting or moving evidence, this case will go down in History. So many twists and turns, I really don't think Hollywood could keep up with this one!!! 

No, and I watched many a soap opera, this could be a storyline in one of them. I'm ill thinking if the Anthonys knew that Caylee was there.

But if he's in love with Casey (I shudder to think!!), he'd probably do it!
