Is it just me, or does Nancy Grace's fake-oh-so-serious dulcet tones make ya wanna stick your finger down your throat? Gaaa....she's either rude and shrieking or just plain diabetic-coma-inducing.

Ok, I'm done. I just had to say that...I try not to watch her, but my aunt (who got me started on this case, and doesn't do the 'net) called to make sure I was watching.

She can be irritating, but I've watched her for so many years, I'm just used to her, now the defense attornies she has on her show, is another story.

On WESH-Channel 2, attorney Brad Conway said his clients George and Cindy Anthony will turn over any evidence, even if it's damaging to daughter Casey's case. Conway told Bob Kealing that law enforcement did not find duct tape in the Anthonys' home. Duct tape was reportedly found on Caylee's skull. "We are expecting many more developments in the coming weeks," Kealing said in ending his report.

They didn't find the duct tape because they didn't ask Amy. I read somewhere in texts that she took Amy's duct tape. I beleive she took before the no clothe party and use it to hold up the flag she was wearing. Her b__ _bs where not big enought to hold it up duct tape did.

Cheeky, what can you find out about someone who knows that a body has been tossed in a certain place but does not tell anyone?  Is that a crime?  It seems it would be, but maybe not.  Isn't there some "failure to report" issue there, as in failure to report child abuse?

In my state that is considered Accessory After the Fact and can be charged as such.  Case where I live in which mother (Rita Bixby - South Carolina)was aware before and after the fact when her son and husband killed two police officers and she was not even at the crime scene.  She is now serving life in prison.

I'm not sure, but I would think they would have to prove that the A's knew where Caylee's body was, and that might not be easy. Unless someone was a witness to Casey telling them, the A's can always say they didn't know anything.

Happy New Years Again!!! I'm back...I started spiking my coffee in the am so I think I am better off at home tonight. At least with typing I can't slur my words. I was way smarter this morning though...About that duct tape thing..Not such a big deal. They will match evidence to the home, I am feeling very confident of that! I totally agree with my monkey friends, if it can't be fixed with duct tape, throw it away. It's the only tool a person ever needs for household repairs. They ever pry all the duct tape off of my house and I will be living in a porch with no plumbing!!!
