About the meter reader guy--wouldnt LE/or FBI ask him to take a lie detector test? Im thinking this might have already happened as LE says hes under no suspicion at all.

I mean they asked LP to do a test,so why not the meter reader?

bumping cause i think it got missed.

I haven't read that they've asked him to take a test, but I do believe statements have been made that he's under no suspecion for any activity. I'd sure hope they'd cover their tracks and based upon previous performace I bet they have.

Even tho its not admissable in court it still will help to clear any muddy waters that are being stirred up as the defense tries to raise doubts. If hes taken a polygraph and been cleared I hope its something he can tell the public/media to clear his name like Jesse did.

I don't believe the Anthonys ever loved Caylee. They sure didn't love Caylee enough to keep her safe and they didn't love her more than KC or their appearances. CA must save KC at all costs and get them money at all costs.

IF CA had loved Caylee enough she would NEVER have let KC take her off at night to spend the night in various boyfriends beds, laying around on couches at parties where there was booze and drugs and God only knows what else. From the drunken pictures of KC Caylee could have been molested and she would have never known or cared.

CA didn't care enough about Caylee to find out what sort of life the poor child was leading. Caylee was a VERY abused child. I wish to God someone had called child protective services long ago, as Caylee might still be alive.

KC was an unfit mother and CA was an unfit grandmother. A grandmother who did not even know the babysitter's name of phone number is more than unfit, she just DID NOT CARE. She knew KC was not working, and she knew about the incest - CPS could have taken that child with all they had to hide.

Yep-  Tell it like it is, Sistah. Cindy had to have known that Casey had no job because she supported her and Caylee.  She also knew that Casey stole money for the family, "A lot of money" from her and even the nursing home money from Cindy's parents.  If she were an "Event planner" at Universal, she would have gotten a salary.  Cindy knew.  Cindy also knew that there was no baby sitter (I guess they think "Nanny" sounds upper class or something) and that Casey took Cayley God knows where during the daytime.  If Cindy had loved Caylee, she would have known where Caylee was and she would have seen to it that she was not sleeping in bed (as you pointed) with Ricardo and Casey and anyone else who struck Casey's fancy.  There are no words in my experience which can describe this bunch of lowlifes.
Does any one of them love any other one?  It doesn't appear so.

I have been wondering lately if Geo or Cin had Caylee on their health insurance or if they claimed her on her their taxes

I have also wondered if there was a LIFE INSURANCE POLICY on Caylee. Remember KC talking about having 15,00 in the bank soon?  Those Gerber and/or Globe kid's insurance policies are usually that amount.

Also if CA carried Caylee on her insurance, did SHE have a life policy on her.

The reason i was wondering about the health insurance is because you know that Universal Studios has health insurance for their employees and families and if Caylee was on Cindy's policy.....that is dead ringer that Cindy knew Casey had no job

OH............GREAT QUESTION !!  I do remember in one of the interviews Cindy talking about paying all of Caylee's medical bills.

So she DID know just from that remark, whether it was through her insurance or out of her pocket.

Good evening monkeys and welcome newbies

I'm not caught up yet so forgive me if this has been posted

On NG LP said Dominik Casey called Hoover and told them they found her and he asked is she alive and he said no.
So they went to the wooded area and DC went looking and Hoover taped him looking.
This was on Nov 15th
LP said he saw the tape and they were off about 200 feet or yards
But when Meterreader went to look all the calls in Aug he was off about 600 feet or yards.
So what LP is saying that the daisy chain starts with someone telling (A's, Casey, JB, Lee) NC where the body is and he tells the meterreader guy so when the meter reader can't find the body then NC goes and has a look and hoover video's it but they can't find her so NC or the (A's, Lee, A's or JB) tell him right where to look and he finds her.
So the way it looks someone knew that little Caylee was in that spot. But who is that one person that was doing the telling
LP also said that DC was not working for JB at this time but for the A's

monkey hugs

Thank you for listing it all in one place, Stacey!     I don't have cable atm, so can't watch NG.  Am so grateful to you and the other monkeys who type it out for us!!

Hmm. When did she get the chance to interact with other inmates. I thought she was in such seclusion, that when another inmate was going to be anywhere near her, as in the room where she was talking by phone and camera to her family, she had to leave the area first. IMO Baez was one of her clients from her REAL job.

You are probably right about him being her client, but she told Lee that some of the inmates recommended him when she was being booked in.

So the Anthony's don't go to even go to the jail to say hello, we miss you, we love you, we are thinking of you, we are praying for you, we are so sad that that Caylee is dead, is there anything we can do for you?  They don't go on THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS, OR THE DAY THEIR GRANDDAUGHTER IS CONFIRMED TO BE DEAD, but they want the state to let Casey out of jail to go to the funeral of the child she has killed?

Please pass the anti-psychotic drugs, these people are driving me crazy!

Quoting myself......wouldn't you think you would want to talk over the funeral arrangements with your daughter, even if she couldn't go?  You know, Casey we are so sorry you can't be there, but what would you like for us to do, what kind of flowers, casket, etc......

Nope.  If my daughter killed one of my grandchildren she could rot in hell for all I'd care.  No way I'd ask her opinion on anything.

Exactly!!!!  I don't think she has the right to have any say so.  I really feel Cindy did not know anything or I believe she had no inkling her daughter could have had something to do with the disappeared.  Cindy has had her head stuck in the sand for awhile now.  I cannot wait till this goes to trial. I wish I lived closer, I would take some time off to go.  By the way, hello to all the monkeys and Happy New Year to all.

It's possible that the reason the Anthonys have not visited Casey is that Casey does not want to see them.

Have read (could be rumor tho) that Casey refuses to see family because George testified before the grand jury, and she plans to never speak with them again.

The only point i am trying to make is that Cindy just did not give a Sh*t what Casey was doing with Caylee all day long for two years and couldn't be bothered to check on the simpliest things to protect this child.  Common concern for a grandparent is whether the child has health insurance and why is she not on Casey's policy, but she never bothered to ask about the fake nanny either so there you go

I am not so sure they have eliminated him as a suspect in this mess. They did come out and say that he is NOT a suspect, but LE does that all the time, even when they ARE suspects.

Just sayin.

That sounds about right, even P.C. inmates are intergrated with other inmates during booking. Once they are registered in is when they are seperated into holding cells. thats probably why she was smiling when she took her first pic while in jail. she was still talking to people on the outside, and she had just acquired the name of a good defense attorney.

The story was that other inmates told her about Baez on her first "Visit" to the jail before she was segregated.

I got this from another forum and have pasted just in case anyone might be interested. Me personally, I don't know if it'll do much good, but I still might give it a shot if I ever give up procrastinating:

I re-watched the first bond hearing a few minutes ago and finally found the testimony of Yuri very interesting where he said they got a tip from a hairdresser that said she saw Caylee with bruises all over her arms and legs and a mark under her eye...Yuri said he then found a photo of Caylee that had been posted online showing a mark under her eye which substantiated the hairdresser's claims and that in turn led him to question the A's about the kind of mother casey is, how she would discipline Caylee, how she got bruised, etc.

I believe that precious child had been abused for a long time. The question now is HOW and by WHOM in my mind. I am just hoping it is not what I have suspected for a while. The duct tape brought all those fears back, because that is so common in child pornography.

Grandma2Maddie, sure does sound like they were suspicious of being bugged.  Betcha they wrote notes and shredded whatever possible.

And Newfie, I agree!  Am thinking that Cindy (calling from Cali), or Lee, tipped Mallory off to get over to the house and grab something.  Had to have been something small, as you said, like CDs or something.  Pehaps Mallory was trying to wipe something off the computer, shred papers/notes?, something very likely was keeping her very busy.  It was reported that whoever went in there and got her out was "reprimanding" her.  Would lovvvvvvvvve to know how that lil convo went.  heh.

Seems that LE did not search Mallory.  And why is that?  Seems they didn't ever search Lee's place or even his car.  Why didn't they?  Never heard if LE searched Tony's place or his car either.  Why not?  Casey had just come from there.  Think they could have and it just wasn't reported?  And how about the stuff that Cindy got her hands on (going thru Casey's purse, etc) while LE stood around and let her?  And the computer that 'someone' tried to wipe before LE got ahold of it.  And God only knows what was done with Casey's stuff before Lee even brought it back from Tony's to the A's house.

Do any of you think that between what seems to have been the botched three 911 calls from the meter reader, the above mentioned stuff, and the things that LE *should have* done but appears they didn't........ could the defense at some point after the trial begins, declare a mistrial, for what seems to be a whole LOT of mistakes made by LE???

The cops can't just search any place they want.  They have to have probable cause and present it to a judge who then agrees and signs a search warrant.  Maybe they couldn't establish probable cause to search Lee's  place. Actually they did search Tony's place.  They didn't need a warrant.  He gave them permission.  They could get a warrant for the Anthony's because that's where Caylee lived

They certainly did botch the 911 calls in August, but I think with hundreds, maybe thousands of tips coming in, they just got tired of following up every call.  Also, they might not have had a system in place to alert them that the meter reader called three times.  No excuse, just maybe a reason.

The defense can't declare a "Mistrial."  They can ask the judge to do so, but not on a whim.  They have to have darn good reason to do it.  A jury, as the Trier of Fact will determine whether or not LE botched it.

Thanks Babybear!  What you've written here along with answers from other monkeys, I'm learning a lot about this stuff.  Each case I learn more!

I love your doxie avatar.  My fur-baby is a black n tan doxie, and his tail goes just like that for much of the day.  lol

OK - so I'm watching NG for the second time.

What LP said is that someone from the media in Orlando told him that PI Hoover turned the tape over to the FBI, along with the cell phone and photos.  So, it might not be true.   Someone in the media could be lying.   Who knows???
I guess we'll have to wait and see if any of it is true.

Good night everyone!
