On NG tonight - so G and C want Casey to be allowed to attend the funeral when it happens. They want their family to "all be together".     
Sometimes their actions just leave me speechless...

i honestly think they are just stalling. wouldn't it be for a judge to decide & i would think that would take time. on one hand i don't think anyone thinks casey should be there but a judge would want to be careful-so it could buy the anthonys time-they are using caylee for everything they can. JMO.

In court papers Baez disagrees arguing there is a chance such questioning would delve in to privileged information he is not ethically allowed to disclose.

An attorney for George and Cindy Anthony they are considering giving investigators access to information Casey gathered after splitting with Baez in October and working for the Anthonys since that time.

In a phone conversation Tuesday, Casey said he is willing to answer investigators' questions.

do the inmates wear their own underwear or are they supplied underwear?  I seem to remember casey buying a sports bra from the commissary.......so what about panties.....I know prison inmates male and female are issued underwear but I don't know about jail inmates?   ANYONE????

I don't know about every state, but here in Nebraska inmates in jail and prison can wear their own undies, but they have to be white, and they have to be a certain kind.  In other words, none of her cute lil thongs.     She likely had to put on BIG girl panties.  The kind that MY gramma wears, and I'm 54.   

She better be glad she isn't in West Texas, they make the girls wear white boxes, no undies!

Oddly enough, that was when I started liking LP a bit more when he said he was doing it for vengeance. It was one of the most honest comments I've heard.

So the Anthony's don't go to even go to the jail to say hello, we miss you, we love you, we are thinking of you, we are praying for you, we are so sad that that Caylee is dead, is there anything we can do for you?  They don't go on THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS, OR THE DAY THEIR GRANDDAUGHTER IS CONFIRMED TO BE DEAD, but they want the state to let Casey out of jail to go to the funeral of the child she has killed?
