I believe LP and KC are birds of a feather. Out of this entire investigation i have only witnessed him telling the truth maybe 2. the first time was when he called KC a egotistical, self-centered, spoiled, little brat. Other than that i would suggest trying not to get your head in a spin over his lying..hes crazzzy

LP has been accurate in every statement but they all had to wait for Fay to leave. During that time they f**ked with each other, LE passtime fun.

As for the luxury items that Casey buys in jail, this is the only interaction she has with the outside world, LE will use her actions against her eventually. She is in a glass bubble and everything she does is judged now.

Lawyer: Caylee Anthony's grandparents need immunity


ORLANDO - The lawyer for George and Cindy Anthony wants his clients to have immunity before they speak with prosecutors again about their daughter, Casey Anthony.

Immunity would ensure the couple could tell investigators everything they know without fear of prosecution, attorney Brad Conway said. He doesn't think the Anthonys would say something that would land them in legal trouble, but he wants them protected. The Anthonys did not ask him to request immunity, Conway said. No deal has been made yet, he said.

Casey Anthony, 22, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee Marie.

Investigators are waiting until after Caylee's funeral before they approach the Anthonys again, Conway said.

Funeral arrangements have not been made.

When this whole mess started, Lee was trying to be helpful. I remember a doc dump where investigators had a bunch of leads from Lee but they were all the same crap that KC was telling them and they were discounting. At the beginning I think Lee believed her and thought these bogus leads were worth something. For believing that POS sister of his, I don't think he will face charges. Maybe Lee wants everyone to believe that's a possibility to excuse his actions for what he is going to say about his sister. Some family members might not take to kindly to him spilling on his sister without a threat against his own well being.

An attorney for the Anthonys said they are considering giving investigators access to info the PI gathered after splitting with Baez in Oct, and working for the Anthonys since that time. In a phone conversation the PI said he is willing to answer investigators questions. Wesh.com

You can't erase anything from a computer. You can hide it but the feds can pick up everything from a computer unless it's been melted. There are also ways to trace things from the places she visited, they also track and record IPs. They would just have to verify things on the other end and they have their evidence.

Lee was probably covering his own butt when he was searching for his out of town escorts who would tell his mommy. I agree, he wants his name cleared. That's why I think he will try to come out as a hero in the whole thing by fessing up like his dad did. Even if that means to having sex with his sister, something that would be a man secret forever given the right rewards.

When LP said this about the cell phone, I think he was talking about Hoover's cell phone. He said it in the context of having just said that LE has Hoover's cell phone, video, and some still shots.

Maybe this answers why no funeral has been held.

The Ants can't play that game for long. LE is going to swoop in and arrest them and have their own state funeral for Caylee or let her remains sit until an attorney can do something about it. I woke up this am with an ah ha moment.
If we look at Kiomaries statement and strip away all of her nonsense and look at the part where she gives the location of where her and Caasey would go .. the woods by Hidden Oaks ...
Look at the jailhose tapes where Casey is speaking to Lee. In August, before she was bailed out .. they appear to be talking in code. I haven't fished it out but I am on my way to work. it is the one where he asks her where to look .. they have beeen playing it on Nancy lately .. he asks where to look, she says close to home .. he says where you would go with your friend etc ...
SHE TELLS HIM TO LOOK THERE. And that is where the body is found .
In just those two pieces of the massive information we have, she almost draws him a map, in AUGUST .. 
To me, this is HUGE.

This explains the what and the why the private detective and the photograher were so interested in this particular spot in August. And why it was filmed in November.
It says, Lee knew the kid was dead in August, you don't have your sister telling you to look for the kid in those particular woods and expect that the kid is going to be alive two months later.   
So, Lee and the rest of them won't take a lie detector, and all the rest of it, but as soon as the remains are found where Casey told Lee to look in AUGUST , they all lawyer up.
I am going to make an assumption that this is what all the recent frenzy is about, who knew what and when ... they all knew shortly after that conversation because here it is  in her conversation with Lee.
When they pile it on her in court, here it is.
Forget about a discussion about how long the body was there, it was there all along
because it was found where she told Lee to look on a tape that was released to the public. This is why she has no visitors. Baez doesn't want any more of her talking to anyone.
I am going to work, but I feel so strongly on this that I am going to try to get a hold of someone down there in Orlando in the next few days.

It would be kind of amusing if some inmates gave a new "baby killer" inmate the name of a less than "stellar" lawyer.  I can see it.

I never understood this. She wasn't around other inmates, was she? She made it sound like she was in a dorm full of girls or something and everyone told her to call Baez. I've always been suspicious how she got Baez and her parents supposedly didn't know him or like him. I smell BS, like everything else with this family.

I was watching on FOX cam ... when she entered ... and when LE arrived.  They rang the doorbell/knocked and the FOX reporter noted how long it took her to answer the door.  Certainly more than a few minutes ... and unless she was in the bathroom in the middle of a BM ... longer than it would take to walk through that small home.  I was amazed that LE just scolded her and sent her to her car ... no pat down or anything.  Though maybe they couldn't do that since they didn't have the warrant signed yet?  I dunno?

Baez will certainly bring up all this crap during the trial ... reasonable doubt and all that.  I don't think he can get a mistrial on "mistakes" ... he could only get a mistrial if he can prove LE blatantly did things to evidence or to sway the case in their favor.  I think?!

oooooooooo!!     That surely doesn't look good for Mallory! 

For Caylee's sake, and for justice, am sure hoping that LE has done every single thing by the letter.  Just don't want the defense having anything to strike back with when the prosecution backs them into the corner. 
 

Time how long it takes to rinse and refill water dishes for two small dogs, get out their food, put it in their dishes, and put it away. Probably more than a few minutes. Then again she might have been on the crapper. I just don't see how there could have been that much more evidence there to get rid of. I think wiping the computers would take a LOT more time than just 5 or 10 minutes, really. I think she really was just there feeding the dogs like she did every day at 9:30. Just because some people get up earlier than that, doesn't mean 9:30 is a weird time to feed the dogs.
