Ok, I want to ask a really dumb question.  The A's can only get immunity for what they have done, right?????  So, they cannot get immunity for what they know Casey has done.

I think maybe it's the samething.
what they have done and them knowing what Casey has done
you can't know that a murder has happened and then try and cover it up

I'd like to think it's very likely.  They've done nothing but badmouth LE from the beginning.  I can't think that anyone in LE or DAs office has anything but disdain for the lot of them.

Wykes - I am not sure what state you are in but DO look in to the CCW. A lot of states are open carry but the police frown upon it. I know that I feel safer when I am carrying. My kids do too. I have been accosted once at a gas station when it was just me and my 2 y/o - the sight of the gun stopped the guy in his tracks. I personally am partial to my S&W 357 - short barrel revolver with a feather recoil. Easy to handle, never jams and fires 38s if I prefer.

I totally agree with the theory that it would have been better for the defense if Caylee had not been found.  Now I am hearing about a timeline theory in August.  I am confused as it seems as though the defense wanted her to be found then.  Why?
