Well, it is not terribly surprising that the A's would get rid of the roll of duct tape.   Everyone has duct tape, I think you get issued a couple of rolls at birth!   

What I want to know is what LE found embedded in the duct tape they retrieved!  Please, God, a fingerprint!  Or fiber from one of the shirts that KC bought at Target with Amy's stolen checks! Or fibers from her trunk!  Something!!!!

know what else is weird in tv they showed the book caylee was reading in the videi where she sings you are my sunshine.
well the book found at the burial site was supposedly under water for a long time and yet it is not warped or faded which i find incredible for abook submerged in water.  did anyone else think so?  sl

I'm still not sure it was the same book..I looked at the video and the pages she turned didn't look like the page open in the pic but the video starts after she's opened a few pages so I'm not sure but it looks just like it. If it was in the plastic bag..that might have helped preserve it. Has there been any "official" word that it was the same book?

If the Anthony's received immunity, would that mean that Cindy's telephone call to LE about smelling a body in the car; George's discussion with the tow truck company about the smell and their interviews by the LE could not be entered into the trial?

Happy New Year IBE   I don't know the answer to your questions, but they are VERY good questions.

Immunity should not affect the admission of statements, I wouldn't think.  Immunity is so that any thing a person has said can't be used to prosecute them.  There is limited and full immunity.  With full immunity nothing said can be used against the person that said it.  Limited is when only certain statements cannot be used.
