I am sorry I don't have a good one like this for you today.  In the future... this is my favorite pasta salad.

tortellini pasta salad

2  (9-ounce) packages refrigerated cheese tortellini
1  (14-ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
1  cup  Caesar salad dressing
3  ounces  salami, sliced
1  (2 1/4-ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
4  green onions, chopped
Garnish: whole green onions

Preparation

Cook cheese tortellini according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water.

Toss together tortellini and next 5 ingredients; garnish, if desired. Serve immediately.

some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors, but they all exist very nicely in the same box.

Sunny,

Maybe you can try this but use pasta instead of macaroni.  Also, mix and match ingrediants you like.  You can't go wrong!

1 cup uncooked macaroni
ham, cooked and cubed or cut in strips
Cheddar cheese, cut in cubes
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup bell pepper
2 tablespoons chopped pimento
1/4 chopped green onion
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Cook macaroni as directed on package, drain and cool. Mix with the next 7 ingredients. Blend mayonnaise, mustard and salt. Add to macaroni mixture; toss lightly. Chill and serve.
Serves 4 as a side dish.

..tell me who in the hell asks you to make something and then puts limitations on it....my SIL that's who!!  gggggggggggggggggggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Sorry, I just saw this!  You are seriously going to love the tort salad.  IT is a favorite!  I serve it a lot at parties and people rave.  IT is yummy.
I am also glad everyone loved the other one.  I am sure it was delicious!

Hey Leroy-
You better come back.  We miss you.  It wasn't your fault about that "sheets" thing.  OK?  Come back.
