Deep inside, I feel that KC will confess...probably just before this case is ready to go to trial.  I think that may be the reason JB has not asked to have the trial moved.  Maybe she's holding out a bit longer in an attempt to take "mommy dearest" down with her.  I can see KC confessing in order to get a lighter sentence, based on the fact that she was tormented by CA.  I don't think KC will be willing to go down alone and take all of the responsibility for this one.  Who knows???  Maybe she is waiting to see if CA will roll over and rat her out if an immunity deal is offered. If that happens, what would prevent KC from trying to frame CA for Caylee's murder?  She could say that CA was the one doing all of these computer searches in an attempt to frame KC.  I just believe that KC will try to retaliate against anyone that has not cooperated with her. This could all be part of the reason she's had no visits from the Ants.....maybe she has already been telling JB to look at CA.

Why would she confess? What would that get her?

Diane Downing never did confess. Susan Smith confessed, but she wasn't a sociopath. If CA could have been framed for the murder, IMO Casey would already have framed her.

For what it's worth -   I like both Tim and LP.   I actually felt sad that there was a rif between the two men.   

I had donated to TES.  Then, LP kept asking people on NG to send donations to TES, so I donated again.   I think LP was sincerely trying to help TES receive more donations.   Fans of LP did donate to TES after he asked!

I never heard LP ask for one dime.   But, I guess he's getting "his" from the media - and the interviews.   As far as his theories, I find his views interesting, but I always decide for myself if I believe what he is saying.  Sometimes I do, sometimes, I don't.

I felt sick when I learned that people were demanding their money back from TES when Tim pulled out of Orlando.  To me, that was just plain WRONG.   I sat in Murt's van and heard people say they wanted TES to refund them for the bottled water and pizzas that were bought.   That was also WRONG.

Both men have their strengths and weaknesses.  They are just men.    I like both of them.

Well, he really asked people to donate to TES THRU his and Rob Dick's site which you had to pay to be a member, however when you hit the donate to TES button, it redirected you to not the TES account, but an LP and Rob Dick account, and then they were going to "forward the money". I went to this site many times until they closed it and was disgusted by the venom towards Tim......here is just a tidbit:


It comes with great sadness that I will be closing the forum and refunding all money received. This comes from being exposed to groups like Kidfinders and Tim Miller from Texas EquuSearch. I am shocked and amazed by the actions of these groups. To even compare KFN and TES is reprehensible IMO
I am not one to bad mouth someone or give speculation as to one’s motives; however, I will not stand by and have Leonard or myself attacked by people that have no business throwing rocks when they themselves live in glass houses. I will tell it like it is because I was there and I am an eyewitness to the events.

For the last few months Leonard has been on Nancy Grace promoting TES and asking people to donate to his cause as well as offer whatever assistance to the search effort of TES. The publicity of this case through the efforts of Nancy Grace and Leonard Padilla by keeping it in the headlines has generated the participation and funds for TES that Tim himself told us making this the largest search in the history of TES.

Leonard Padilla has covered all expenses of our group out of his own pocket for both trips from California to Florida including the funding for the original bail bond of $500,000.

I am repulsed by the actions of Tim Miller and the fact that he is biting the hand that feeds him; I am not sure how he thought he had received so many donations and response to his search. He is upset because people stopped Leonard or I to take some photos, I am not sure as to what he wanted; us to shun people away or act stuck up, maybe it gave the volunteers something to do as they stood around waiting to start searching while Tim set up his command center and trying to get organized during the morning after the search was already to begin, not sure what he was doing for the four days he was here before the search was to start but I said I wouldn’t get into that.

It has been reported on The Daily BS (I couldn’t have named that site any better…lol) “membership at his forum site, profiting $298,500 as of Monday” now I am not sure what kind of calculator these guys are using but, anyone can go to the forum not even being a member, click on the Statistics tab and see that there are 169 members. Now multiply 169 x $9.95 – the $ 0.59 (that Paypal charges) = $1,581.84 as well as an additional $270.00 in donations.

I have the money for Tim Millers group however where is he, Tim stated on National TV that he was coming into town to conduct the largest search in the nation to find Caylee and that he would not leave town until he found her. Now I am not going to go into the fact that he was here for three days of searching and leaves town when he receives $30,000 to go up and search in North Carolina for another family. Is Tim chasing after lost individuals or is he chasing the money but I will stop here as I said I would not sink to his level. I also realize that helping other families is important but he should not have a problem with us continuing to search.

I will not run from these lies and false statements however, maybe people are right; it is not our job to raise money for this organizations and I will not contribute another ounce of energy to bring money to Tim Miller. I am refunding every dollar to the people that have donated for this effort. I will not be associated with handing Tim one cent that I helped raise for his efforts, if anyone wants to donate to TES please donate direct to them, for I will not be involved. I apologize for not furthering the forum but will concentrate on doing what is our job: reading through the lies and solving the mystery. We are thinkers and our job is to get to the bottom of the lies involved in this crime and the focus should have always been for…. BRINGING CAYLEE HOME.


The same goes for Kidfinders. I know for a fact that this organization as attempted to stop both searches of the water at J. Blanchard Park. Why is this? Why would anyone not want the search for Caylee to continue until she is found? Are we onto something? The only thing that comes to mind is that if Caylee is found, Kidfinders does not receive any more donations. So, who is really exploiting the family?

I really don’t think that Tim needed Lenny begging for donations on his behalf. I mean lets check the records to see how much Tim and his group has raised for their searches. I don’t think Lenny was around begging for donations for any of those searches, how the hell did Tim manage before Lenny came along to raise money for Tim’s company?

Here’s an idea for Lenny to raise money, Lenny can call Don King and schedule a PPV event and at this PPV Lenny can bring in his accounting for the money he raised for the search and how it was distributed and Tim can bring in his books and we’ll compare the two, to see who was really the one dedicated to finding Caylee. Sound good to you?

Your comment about Tim being upset because it was you and Lenny that everyone wanted pictures of and Tim was jealous, well lets look at this shall we? How many times did you and Lenny appear on tv/radio or any other media outlet compared to Tim.

With regards to Nancy Grace and the way she kept putting that idiot on her show and referring to him as if he was some kind of Anthony Family expert, it is going to cost her.quite a few loyal fans. As a former loyal fan/viewer of her show, I will no longer be tuning in and neither will alot of her other viewers.

Listen to the last 911 tape from the house, the one where Cindy tells about the smell in the car, and she becomes hysterical.  She then is asked to get Casey on the phone, and then listen to Cindyin the background.  Unfortunately, when these tapes were transcribed, the transcriptionist did not transcribe that part, but you can hear it.

Good point. Histronic Personality Disorder. She's also got Dellusional Disorder. These can lead to abusive behavior to the children. Those behaviors originate with fear and are passed on from generation to generation. In many cases of child abuse the youngest are murdered.

Cindy certainly seems to have a list personality disorders tucked up under her belt.  And yes, many of the behaviors do get passed on to future generations, in one form or another.  Casey seems to be a mini Cindy, only far worse. 

Interesting to me is observing how these things happen in the different generations.  And while none of it excuses Casey for what she most likely has done to Caylee, it does help to explain how things ended up so very badly in that family, with Caylee taking the brunt of it all. 

What I'd like to know is how Cindy got the way she is!  We haven't heard much about her parents, their behaviors and relationship.  Oddly enough, of the three women (mother, grandmother, g.grandmother) Cindy's mother (from what little we do know) seems to be the most emotionally healthy.  Yet it's true that first impressions can be deceiving.  It very likely could be that Cindy may be a mini Shirley. 

Would love for Rick to share more about the family and its inner-workings.  Only to help in understanding Cindy, which in turn, helps in understanding Casey.  If anything, am betting the defense will go for the emotionally-abused angle, PTSD, NPD and whatever other initials that Casey most likely has. 

And again I say, none of this 'excuses' Casey.   

So Baez can try, but doubt that it will fly.  Cuz I have a whole slew of initials, as many do, based on the experiences of our childhood, etc.  None of us (to our knowledge) have handled things with our children in such cold, calculating, cruel ways.  A greater majority (even while perhaps handing down personality disorders to some degree), manage to somehow 'go the opposite way' in dealing with our children.  Makes for fascinating casework study, if you're into that kind of thing.   
   

Rick already shared something very telling. He told us that his own niece pulled a train in December 2005.
This means either: a) he knew first-hand. b) He had the kind of relationship with Casey that she would tell him that, but not that she was pregant? c) for some reason the guys involved would tell this 50-year-old man about the good time they had with his niece...and he believed them.  d) Cindy told him. e) He made it up.

NONE of these things points to a healthy family here.  In fact, all of them point to a family where the men are just casually abusive of the women, and where the women lie to make the family seem normal while the men laugh about it.

JP Chatts family is very wealthy… His father is Joseph Chatt and he is the Chairman of CaribEx worldwide…(In Puerto Rico) Joseph chatt Jr is the President of Caribbean.. Madeline Chatt (JP’s sister) is the Business Development and DR ops manager in Florida…I heard this is the Chatt’s business… I think I reqad that gross sales or profit was 87 million (need to find that link)

This is all very interesting HH, thank you.  Am thinking there is MUCH more to the JP Chatt story.  Whatever it may be, it certainly was hushed up in a fast hurry!!  That just makes me think there's something that somebody doesn't want known publically, which makes me even more suspicious.  It seems to me that they've tiptoed around the whole thing with JP Chatt, whatever it may be.

Who was asked to take a Lie Detector Test Rob? Who was wanting to contact Don King to have his Lie Detector done on PPV? If it was all about finding Caylee for you and Lenny, answer me this, when Lenny first got here, he stated that he was going to give the “kidnappers” one week to return Caylee before he started searching for her? If it was all about finding Caylee, wouldn’t you think Lenny would want to begin his search as soon as possible? Why would he wait a week?

In the interviews with Lenny and Tim, who was the one of the two that mentioned that $250,000 reward over and over again? I really don’t think that Tim needed Lenny begging for donations on his behalf. I mean lets check the records to see how much Tim and his group has raised for their searches. I don’t think Lenny was around begging for donations for any of those searches, how the hell did Tim manage before Lenny came along to raise money for Tim’s company?

Here’s an idea for Lenny to raise money, Lenny can call Don King and schedule a PPV event and at this PPV Lenny can bring in his accounting for the money he raised for the search and how it was distributed and Tim can bring in his books and we’ll compare the two, to see who was really the one dedicated to finding Caylee. Sound good to you?

Your comment about Tim being upset because it was you and Lenny that everyone wanted pictures of and Tim was jealous, well lets look at this shall we? How many times did you and Lenny appear on tv/radio or any other media outlet compared to Tim.

With regards to Nancy Grace and the way she kept putting that idiot on her show and referring to him as if he was some kind of Anthony Family expert, it is going to cost her.quite a few loyal fans. As a former loyal fan/viewer of her show, I will no longer be tuning in and neither will alot of her other viewers.

She has lost the trust of her viewers, by her putting this idiot on her show for ratings or whatever reason she has, she makes it clear that it is all about the ratings and without viewers you have not rating, so I maybe Lenny can get her a spot on his show.

On July 3rd, CA wrote that "My Caylee is Missing", in her Myspace page.  Come on.... she knew something... oh and I am sure she recanted that too, just like the 911 call. 

She supposedly went to Universal that day, also, to look for Caylee. But "missing' isn't "dead." She thought Casey was leaving Caylee with friends, and probably hoped that by asking "who now is looking out for the little angel?" she'd get an e-mail from one of the friends, and perhaps be able to go see Caylee that way.

On July 3rd, CA wrote that blog, then on July 7th, KC wrote about here "diary of days".  I think there had been conversation between them and I believe CA knew something.

Sassycat... I am sitting here laughing, I have two girls in the age group of Casey, they know me and there is no way they would be telling me about sexual positions that this age group is all doing. I guess my strict Catholic upbringing is showing, I don't know what I would say if this conversation came up. I didn't even know what that train comment was about. 

LOL.   My girls tell me everything!    I was a single parent for a long time - and was lucky that my 3 girls were very open with me about what was going on "in the real world".    All three went to private Catholic schools - and I'm lucky that they all had good heads on their shoulders and didn't do half the stuff their friends were doing!!!!     

That's good, maybe if mine would have opened up more, their mother wouldn't feel so naive sitting here. But then I probably would have said, don't tell me these things.

For what it's worth -   I like both Tim and LP.   I actually felt sad that there was a rif between the two men.   

I had donated to TES.  Then, LP kept asking people on NG to send donations to TES, so I donated again.   I think LP was sincerely trying to help TES receive more donations.   Fans of LP did donate to TES after he asked!

I never heard LP ask for one dime.   But, I guess he's getting "his" from the media - and the interviews.   As far as his theories, I find his views interesting, but I always decide for myself if I believe what he is saying.  Sometimes I do, sometimes, I don't.

I felt sick when I learned that people were demanding their money back from TES when Tim pulled out of Orlando.  To me, that was just plain WRONG.   I sat in Murt's van and heard people say they wanted TES to refund them for the bottled water and pizzas that were bought.   That was also WRONG.

Both men have their strengths and weaknesses.  They are just men.    I like both of them.
