You're right--that idea about LE leaving the body there was absurd. I thought maybe they could done those studies on the spot, right where she was, but it's very unlikely. This case is messing with my head.

Re: Tim & LP--I had never heard of him before this case. It seemed to me that he was always calling off searches because of money, and always talking about how much he was losing, etc... Understand I only saw him in this case, and not in any of the hundreds of other cases he's been involved in.

NONE of that fight made any sense to me, because how in the hell could Tim emerge from the river with the skull, if the skull wasn't there in the river? I've always wondered why LP was so certain it was in the river, and Tim was so certain it wasn't, and I think there's way more to that conversation than either man is saying. JMO. 

I think Tim was sure because he had done the underwater scan.  I think Leonard was sure because of the beads.

As far as the whole money argument between the two, I think someone gave Tim some bad information.  I think Tim was told that Rob's website was making lots of money, because after the blow up the yearly dues were refunded and site closed.  As a former member there, I remember doing the math, and there was no way, the fee was $10 a year and only a couple hundred members at most. 

So, it is my opinion someone was trying to cause a rift between Leonard and Tim, it either had to be someone already in TES ranks or a new trusted member IMHO.  Why, I don't know, maybe a power play, there is a new chapter in Orlando now.  Don't know, but its a shame, because I always thought the two would become friends.

For what it's worth -   I like both Tim and LP.   I actually felt sad that there was a rif between the two men.   

I had donated to TES.  Then, LP kept asking people on NG to send donations to TES, so I donated again.   I think LP was sincerely trying to help TES receive more donations.   Fans of LP did donate to TES after he asked!

I never heard LP ask for one dime.   But, I guess he's getting "his" from the media - and the interviews.   As far as his theories, I find his views interesting, but I always decide for myself if I believe what he is saying.  Sometimes I do, sometimes, I don't.

I felt sick when I learned that people were demanding their money back from TES when Tim pulled out of Orlando.  To me, that was just plain WRONG.   I sat in Murt's van and heard people say they wanted TES to refund them for the bottled water and pizzas that were bought.   That was also WRONG.

Both men have their strengths and weaknesses.  They are just men.    I like both of them.

Well, he really asked people to donate to TES THRU his and Rob Dick's site which you had to pay to be a member, however when you hit the donate to TES button, it redirected you to not the TES account, but an LP and Rob Dick account, and then they were going to "forward the money". I went to this site many times until they closed it and was disgusted by the venom towards Tim......here is just a tidbit:


It comes with great sadness that I will be closing the forum and refunding all money received. This comes from being exposed to groups like Kidfinders and Tim Miller from Texas EquuSearch. I am shocked and amazed by the actions of these groups. To even compare KFN and TES is reprehensible IMO
I am not one to bad mouth someone or give speculation as to one’s motives; however, I will not stand by and have Leonard or myself attacked by people that have no business throwing rocks when they themselves live in glass houses. I will tell it like it is because I was there and I am an eyewitness to the events.

For the last few months Leonard has been on Nancy Grace promoting TES and asking people to donate to his cause as well as offer whatever assistance to the search effort of TES. The publicity of this case through the efforts of Nancy Grace and Leonard Padilla by keeping it in the headlines has generated the participation and funds for TES that Tim himself told us making this the largest search in the history of TES.

Leonard Padilla has covered all expenses of our group out of his own pocket for both trips from California to Florida including the funding for the original bail bond of $500,000.

I am repulsed by the actions of Tim Miller and the fact that he is biting the hand that feeds him; I am not sure how he thought he had received so many donations and response to his search. He is upset because people stopped Leonard or I to take some photos, I am not sure as to what he wanted; us to shun people away or act stuck up, maybe it gave the volunteers something to do as they stood around waiting to start searching while Tim set up his command center and trying to get organized during the morning after the search was already to begin, not sure what he was doing for the four days he was here before the search was to start but I said I wouldn’t get into that.

It has been reported on The Daily BS (I couldn’t have named that site any better…lol) “membership at his forum site, profiting $298,500 as of Monday” now I am not sure what kind of calculator these guys are using but, anyone can go to the forum not even being a member, click on the Statistics tab and see that there are 169 members. Now multiply 169 x $9.95 – the $ 0.59 (that Paypal charges) = $1,581.84 as well as an additional $270.00 in donations.

I have the money for Tim Millers group however where is he, Tim stated on National TV that he was coming into town to conduct the largest search in the nation to find Caylee and that he would not leave town until he found her. Now I am not going to go into the fact that he was here for three days of searching and leaves town when he receives $30,000 to go up and search in North Carolina for another family. Is Tim chasing after lost individuals or is he chasing the money but I will stop here as I said I would not sink to his level. I also realize that helping other families is important but he should not have a problem with us continuing to search.

I will not run from these lies and false statements however, maybe people are right; it is not our job to raise money for this organizations and I will not contribute another ounce of energy to bring money to Tim Miller. I am refunding every dollar to the people that have donated for this effort. I will not be associated with handing Tim one cent that I helped raise for his efforts, if anyone wants to donate to TES please donate direct to them, for I will not be involved. I apologize for not furthering the forum but will concentrate on doing what is our job: reading through the lies and solving the mystery. We are thinkers and our job is to get to the bottom of the lies involved in this crime and the focus should have always been for…. BRINGING CAYLEE HOME.


The same goes for Kidfinders. I know for a fact that this organization as attempted to stop both searches of the water at J. Blanchard Park. Why is this? Why would anyone not want the search for Caylee to continue until she is found? Are we onto something? The only thing that comes to mind is that if Caylee is found, Kidfinders does not receive any more donations. So, who is really exploiting the family?

Thanks for all the kind words on the forum and all the smart thinkers out there. We will be left to continue the search.

If it was all about finding Caylee, wouldn’t you think Lenny would want to begin his search as soon as possible? Why would he wait a week?

In the interviews with Lenny and Tim, who was the one of the two that mentioned that $250,000 reward over and over again? I really don’t think that Tim needed Lenny begging for donations on his behalf. I mean lets check the records to see how much Tim and his group has raised for their searches. I don’t think Lenny was around begging for donations for any of those searches, how the hell did Tim manage before Lenny came along to raise money for Tim’s company?

Here’s an idea for Lenny to raise money, Lenny can call Don King and schedule a PPV event and at this PPV Lenny can bring in his accounting for the money he raised for the search and how it was distributed and Tim can bring in his books and we’ll compare the two, to see who was really the one dedicated to finding Caylee. Sound good to you?

Your comment about Tim being upset because it was you and Lenny that everyone wanted pictures of and Tim was jealous, well lets look at this shall we? How many times did you and Lenny appear on tv/radio or any other media outlet compared to Tim.

With regards to Nancy Grace and the way she kept putting that idiot on her show and referring to him as if he was some kind of Anthony Family expert, it is going to cost her.quite a few loyal fans. As a former loyal fan/viewer of her show, I will no longer be tuning in and neither will alot of her other viewers.

She has lost the trust of her viewers, by her putting this idiot on her show for ratings or whatever reason she has, she makes it clear that it is all about the ratings and without viewers you have not rating, so I maybe Lenny can get her a spot on his show.

I have read those emails before and yes, Rick does "flat out" tell her EVERYTHING that CA does NOT want to hear. 

The clothes he is referencing are the clothes that CA washed of KC's that were found in the car.  I thought i heard that the pants were gray dress pants with a pinstrip on them???

IMO all this trouble, all this money, is covering something big, like a child pornography ring or a drug ring or both. It just wouldn't be worth it to help Casey in order to conceal paternity...unless the father is a government official or a very wealthy and powerful married man whose money comes mainly from his wife.  If a guy stood to lose his job, marriage, and reputation, and income, and that $500,000 bond were a drop in the bucket, he might well pay it, and more, to keep it from coming to light.

But that presupposes he knows they might be able to prove it, and it also presupposes that they didn't already try.

 

I've even thought perhaps this guy was someone connected to LE, given the fact that *it seems* that Casey and the A family have been treated with kid gloves, things they've done and said seemingly overlooked and allowed to continue.  Such things that any of us, any regular person, would have never been allowed to get away with.  Either someone in LE directly involved with Casey and Caylee... Or Casey having been directly involved with something that would uncover some shady things going on with LE.  Perhaps a whole ring of girls made available to LE.  Such things have happened elsewhere!  Something BIG, that when uncovered is gonna rock someone 'higher up' than Casey.  Cuz, after all, it sure doesn't seem like Casey or the A's are anyone in particular. 

So am just wondering WHO else could be being protected here??  At the tune of tons and TONS of $$?

George says in his FBI interview that Cindy went as far as to travel down to Universal in order to confront Casey during the month they had not seen her.  He claims that Cindy called Casey from the parking lot of Universal and asked where she was within the park so that she could come in and see her as she was sitting in the parking lot.  Casey replied with "Oh I am not at work, I am in Tampa dealing with Zanny".  So we are suposed to believe that this was the last of her attempts?  This was the last of her efforts?  She just let this go?  This was the first attempt? 
Sorry, again I do not buy this.  If I were to pull this crap on my mother here is how the conversation WOULD go down.

Mine, too. You can't turn a custodial parent in for kidnapping their kid. Even if they won't tell you where the child is.

JP Chatts family is very wealthy… His father is Joseph Chatt and he is the Chairman of CaribEx worldwide…(In Puerto Rico) Joseph chatt Jr is the President of Caribbean.. Madeline Chatt (JP’s sister) is the Business Development and DR ops manager in Florida…I heard this is the Chatt’s business… I think I reqad that gross sales or profit was 87 million (need to find that link)
Also please note: there is a Cyndy Baez that also works there as a Billing/Inventory Control Specialist….. could she be kin to Jose?

This is all very interesting HH, thank you.  Am thinking there is MUCH more to the JP Chatt story.  Whatever it may be, it certainly was hushed up in a fast hurry!!  That just makes me think there's something that somebody doesn't want known publically, which makes me even more suspicious.  It seems to me that they've tiptoed around the whole thing with JP Chatt, whatever it may be.
 

Thank You, and I have found out that JP had left PR in 2002 to come to Florida, dont know yet if he had met Casey back then but he was in Orlando back then.............I think its as good a possibility as anything else and then the Cyndy Baez that works for his fathers comp. would explain where Baez came from if I can find that connection.

A long time back I posted a picture of Jose's daughter and information on her.  She was working as a spokesperson for Jose, addressing the media.  However, someone felt my posting her picture was not appropriate (maybe because I used the one from her school and not the media) don't know.  Anyway I deleted the picture but the information should still be there if you want to try a forum search. 

I do remember that when Jose first took the case, his daughter was working in his law office.  Sorry, I don't remember her name.

Well, JB has said repeatedly that only one side of this story has been heard so far.  So...Caylee is dead. All evidence points to the fact that KC killed her.  That evidence is LE's side of the story.  JB can't possibly expect anyone to believe the Nanny story any longer, so, if there is another side to this story that we haven't heard....KC must have a name for the killer.  Remember...JB says we have only heard one side and we have already heard about the Nanny.  I take this to mean there is someone else that KC will name.  Any ideas who that may be????

JP Chatts family is very wealthy… His father is Joseph Chatt and he is the Chairman of CaribEx worldwide…(In Puerto Rico) Joseph chatt Jr is the President of Caribbean.. Madeline Chatt (JP’s sister) is the Business Development and DR ops manager in Florida…I heard this is the Chatt’s business… I think I reqad that gross sales or profit was 87 million (need to find that link)
Also please note: there is a Cyndy Baez that also works there as a Billing/Inventory Control Specialist….. could she be kin to Jose?

This is all very interesting HH, thank you.  Am thinking there is MUCH more to the JP Chatt story.  Whatever it may be, it certainly was hushed up in a fast hurry!!  That just makes me think there's something that somebody doesn't want known publically, which makes me even more suspicious.  It seems to me that they've tiptoed around the whole thing with JP Chatt, whatever it may be.

A long time back I posted a picture of Jose's daughter and information on her.  She was working as a spokesperson for Jose, addressing the media.  However, someone felt my posting her picture was not appropriate (maybe because I used the one from her school and not the media) don't know.  Anyway I deleted the picture but the information should still be there if you want to try a forum search. 

I do remember that when Jose first took the case, his daughter was working in his law office.  Sorry, I don't remember her name.

I think Tim was sure because he had done the underwater scan.  I think Leonard was sure because of the beads.

As far as the whole money argument between the two, I think someone gave Tim some bad information.  I think Tim was told that Rob's website was making lots of money, because after the blow up the yearly dues were refunded and site closed.  As a former member there, I remember doing the math, and there was no way, the fee was $10 a year and only a couple hundred members at most. 

So, it is my opinion someone was trying to cause a rift between Leonard and Tim, it either had to be someone already in TES ranks or a new trusted member IMHO.  Why, I don't know, maybe a power play, there is a new chapter in Orlando now.  Don't know, but its a shame, because I always thought the two would become friends.

I'm not all caught up so I may have missed something, but at this point, I would think that LE has more potential to disclose the Father's identity than Baez. I honestly do not understand how Caylee's remains are going to be turned over to Cindy and George without there being an effort to determine the Father's Identity. He's "next of kin" equally with Casey, isn't he?

 

I've wondered the same things CBB.  The only thing that would make sense in this is if LE already knows who the birth father is, for certain, and are not making that info public, for whatever reason. 

And I've wondered... If it turns out that Caylee's father or his family is 'located', couldn't they in turn, file a 'wrongful death' suit against Casey or the A family, with regard to Caylee's demise?

You're right--that idea about LE leaving the body there was absurd. I thought maybe they could done those studies on the spot, right where she was, but it's very unlikely. This case is messing with my head.

Re: Tim & LP--I had never heard of him before this case. It seemed to me that he was always calling off searches because of money, and always talking about how much he was losing, etc... Understand I only saw him in this case, and not in any of the hundreds of other cases he's been involved in.

NONE of that fight made any sense to me, because how in the hell could Tim emerge from the river with the skull, if the skull wasn't there in the river? I've always wondered why LP was so certain it was in the river, and Tim was so certain it wasn't, and I think there's way more to that conversation than either man is saying. JMO.

ITA.  I still can't get over him saying that on national TV.  Just too much! 

I totally agree AM...whether the statement is true or not, national TV was a completely inappropriate forum to be making that statement.. even though LP didn't say anything about it on TV, I wonder if he confronted Tim after the show in private
