OK being serious here, what, in reality, could CA, Ga and LA have done to obstruct justice? What FACTS do we have for real or reasonable? I know they are dumb asses but I don't want that added to the list. I just want to figure out what charges LE could possibly levee against them.

I have:

CA: Washing pants, knife from KC's car
LA: Possibly using funds from anything established to find Caylee for his own means.
GA: Possibly cleaning out the trunk of the car

I think we could add that CA reported the car stolen - when in fact it was in her drive, the fact that all of them went on TV slamming TES by saying Caylee was alive and they were watching the kidnappers, changing their stories to the cops (giving false information either the first time or later - both can not be true), the landscaping project in the backyard, IF they were passing notes through JB and information they got that Caylee was not alive and not telling the cops, The JC Penny receipt. I know there are more but I would have to look at the tapes again.

Yes, that counts since it is currently several of the charges that her daughter is facing!

Boo, I believe the most likely charges will be against Lee. The night Casey was arrested he spent several hours at Tony's apartment supposedly retrieving Casey's things. He destroyed evidence on her laptop & who knows what was disposed of on his way home. I believe LE knows that Lee is the one who sabotaged the laptop & they have recovered what he tried to destroy. I wish they knew for sure what else he got rid of; I don't think they know but I really HOPE they do. There are other instances where Lee has interfered with LE's investigation while he was supposedly doing his own. Just these two things are more than enough for him to be charged & I'm sure there is much more we don't know about.

I heard you can find out the date and time when it was deleted from the computer even if it crashed. If the info was deleted that night or next day it might pin point who did the dirty deed...

I just had an interesting thought.  You know when someone dies and it breaks your heart to have to go through their things eventually and either give it to charity or family members??  What do you think Cindy and George will do with Casey's stuff when she gets life in prison???  Sell it on Ebay???  Get a piece of a notorious murdering mom???

I think too many have already had a "piece" of her and that is why her "piece" has sashayed itself into the slammer, imo.

I've been wondering about these comments, but I've been out of touch with the details of the case and now trying to catch up.  May I ask, respectfully, if you could explain why the PI's might need immunity?  What is the speculation that they have done?  I infer that some think they might be working as agents for the Anthony's and Baez.  But what would be the advantage to the Anthony team or Baez's defense to plant Caylee's body and have her found in December?  I'm confused by this.

Oh boy, I'm so far behind that I'm starting at the end and going to try to work backwards.  Is what you've said above just speculation, or did it really happen?  PLEASE TELL ME IT'S HAPPENED.  I'm already crushed that neither cincin nor LA have been arrested.  Doggonit Anyway!  Just ruined my day/evening.

If Baez did something illegal, you can be sure the Prosecutor would be all over him.  Now, BluesyGram, why do you think the PI's might need immunity?

If they KNEW where that body was and didn't contact LE immediately...they have charges for that.  Some smart clerk in the SA's office can pile 'em up I am sure.  

Tampering w/evidence (leaving remains in unprotected evionment to be destroyed)
Obstruction
Aiding and Abetting
Misuse of funds...fraud...looking for a live Caylee.

Back to the Anthonys.I find it hard to have synpathy because I don't think they were honest about all of this.I would have been begging for help and kicking Casey's azz.

Ah, I think I see now.  Theory is that Casey revealed the location of Caylee's body, or at least general area, to Baez just before the TES search the first weekend in Nov.  If Baez knew this, is he is obligated to tell LE?  If Baez told the PI's where to look, so the PI's would find the body, would this get Baez off the hook and he would not have to tell what he knew?  In the end, would the PI's tell what they know of Baez's knowledge and his neglect to contact LE immediately?  This is all speculation, of course.  Am I on the right track?
