In other news on Monday, a corrections spokesman said Casey Anthony will be allowed to watch the family’s memorial service for Caylee on TV from jail if it is carried by one of the area TV stations. Earlier, jail officials said she would not be allowed to leave jail to attend a memorial or funeral for her daughter.

By Tuesday Baez will be getting more information from the state. A spokeswoman for the state attorney's office says they will meet a judge's deadline to turn over photographs and X-rays of Caylee's remains.

Sooooo if one of the local stations carries it, does that mean they have to pay the Anthonys for the right to do so? Are the Ant's holding a private bidding war amongst the stations to see who is willing to pay what?? 

You don't sell rights to news stories. You either allow news teams or you don't, but they don't pay you to cover your event. You call them, and if the event is newsworthy they come and try very hard to scoop one another.

I can find the shovel neighbours statement ( Brian Burner,) but it won't download for me.
They were over at Fox Orlando also, but they have moved stuff around in their "filing " system over there.
Several persons over there have hot tips for Baez. LOL

Do you remember anything else of the statement? I think the borrowing of the shovel will play one of the big parts in the procecution.

Not really, it was quite a while ago that I read it. It came back today to me when LP said PAVERS. I've taken up pavers with a shovel that had a point at the end.

She borrowed the shovel on 6/18 - and I took note that the body farm did say approx 2-3 days human decomposition level

That means she could have had her deceased in the trunk, buried her in the back yard for a couple of days,and then moved her. I am comprehending what your theory is now. Are you saying she had her in the garbage bag and walked to the final resting place?

So you do not think backing the car in driveway and borrowing a shovel will play a very big part in the prosecution case? I do if i were on a jury, but that it just me.

Here is the second interview with Brian Burner. Maybe it was in his first one July 25th, in this one, he says SHE was tripping over a bamboo root. meaning Casey. This is the interview where he talks of he car being right in the garage which wasn't usual.

The body farm said 2.6 days. Drew Petrimo said it was double bagged. First bag had a leak.

Yes, I think the duck tape was done prior to death & she placed her in the trunk in a bag but then covered her in the cloth, maybe a new bag in the yard on the 18th- I doubt highly she put her in the backyard with nosy Cindy and came back for her to dispose of her elsewhere first - but 2 dogs independently hit in the backyard in addition to her trunk so something has to explain it.   

If indeed that book was with the remains it shows her motive was more spite than needing her freedom (she also stated she didnt need freedom - she came and went as she pleased & stated to detectives that she would have just left Caylee with her grandparents, that will also be detrimental to her at trial)   Only Cindy & Casey knew that Cindy had that book with Caylee for her great pa pops visit, coming home with it the 15th - in Casey's statement to police she uses that very book as an excuse as to why Caylee wasnt upset that she missed mommie when she conveniently called her on 7/15  around noon "for just about a minute" which we obviously know was a blanant lie.

I don't think the shovel in itself would play a big part. The State has to put together a " story " backed up by hard evidence. And then just pile it on her piece by piece. 
If those pavers at the site of the remains are linked to the ANT house, watch out.
