JodyO - You have solved a family mystery.  My ancestors were from Glasgow ... we have all these pics of deceased ancestors that have been handed down for generations.  We younger generations had kind of decided that our ancestors were just off their rockers!  I'm calling all my sibs and cousins this weekend to let them know ... ancestors were sane ... we're okay!

I think they should have someone in the room while the Anthony's are at the funeral home viewing Caylee's remains. People take pictures of the dead all the time at funerals. Usually the funeral director's aren't present much when family is viewing a body though so it would be possible that they could take pictures. Would the Anthony's be able to view the remains whenever they wanted?

KK, do you really think the As's want to open the box containing Caylee's decomposed bones and view them?  I don't know.  This whole thing just makes me sick.

Hi everyone, i have no idea of the latest updates.  Can someone in a quick nutshell tell me? Has the As been arrested yet?  Love Lucinda

Hey Lucinda -- I came out of lurking to say hello.  Currently, there is a hearing to determine whether Zeneida's attorney can depose KC on Monday or even before the criminal trial.  Baez does not seem to be faring well.  This afternoon there is a hearing before Judge Strickland to limit Baez from selling the photos of Caylee deceased.  The PI Hoover came forward yesterday to tell all that Dominc Casey did know on November 15 that Caylee was deceased and he know where the body was.  Hoover went with Dominic Casey on the 15th and 16th to the site where Caylee was found and there was a video turned over to John Allen and Nick Savage.  Hoover says Dominic Casey went back to the scene two additional times without him after November 16.

ok, Im behind 3 days, but was I right about baez (however you spell his name) not getting rights to examine the remains of Caylee? Im talking her actual remains.  Bones.  I know about the autopsy reports and crime scene pics, so has the defense been granted the right to Caylees bones to examine?  And, I did mention my doubt about the defense even getting within two feet of the remains, and I was told in here, that after the prosecutors  finished with their exams.  the rights of the  "body" was handed over to Casey, and yes, the defense has all rights to run their tests.  I really doubted that when I asked, so whats the score?  And, yes, it remains, bones, but it is Caylees remains and bones.   Just everyone remember Caylee's soul, and bones and remains mean jack squat to her, so talking about her bones, and the crime scene, dont feel bad. So, did Baez get the chance to examine Caylees remains that were left at the funeral home?
