Seems like when it means the state doing the work, he wants it right away. When it's him doing the work he needs more time. He wants 15 days to go and photo calendar as opposed to the 10 days the judge offered.

Baez just said he'd like the evidence "but it doesn't necessarily need to be accurate".Regarding photocopies.Isn't the whole point to be accurate when you have soemone's life in your hands?What a DumbAZZ..

The state said he would get the anthony fingerprints if and only if the FBI lab was able to pull prints off the duct tape or bagS recovered at the scene.  Padilla said double bagged prior to the find.

I am gathering something different. Seems the FBI is holding things up and local LE and the prosecution has no way to speed them up.  He has to motion the FBI I guess.

If she was truly innocent then I would think she would be tearing up and/or crying when they talk about her daughters remains.  What a huge waste of space she is.

I agree...hardly any emotion...but I saw a couple of times where she was holding back a smirk or even a smile...constantly looking up at Baez...she must miss those long afternoons in his office ..

1)  I think it was funny when, about 15 minutes ago, Biaz made reference to not having enough time to prepare for the trial in March, and the Prosecuting Attorney, or whoever she is, stated that she was not aware that a trial date had been set, and the Judge agreed with her.  

2)  Did I correctly hear the news announcer state that the assistant Defense Attorney with Biaz is a real good friend of the Judge?

True, but he's demanding evidence that the state is not even privy to yet. Let the investigators and experts do their job. Once the state receives such evidence then it should be shared within a reasonable amount of time. JMO
