1)  I think it was funny when, about 15 minutes ago, Biaz made reference to not having enough time to prepare for the trial in March, and the Prosecuting Attorney, or whoever she is, stated that she was not aware that a trial date had been set, and the Judge agreed with her.  

2)  Did I correctly hear the news announcer state that the assistant Defense Attorney with Biaz is a real good friend of the Judge?    

  I missed that. Is that some sort of conflict of interest??

Prosecutor is too funny.  Some of this can be taken care of "if and when Mr. Baez decides to do some discovery or depositions."   

Again, he wants the state to do all his work for him.

Seems like when it means the state doing the work, he wants it right away. When it's him doing the work he needs more time. He wants 15 days to go and photo calendar as opposed to the 10 days the judge offered.

He thinks he should get some sort of special rights? IDK! I never understood that. Does he have to share anything he finds out, like prosecution does?  Dumb ?

Some of these motions seem to be a situation where there isn't necessarily a winner but more of a dialogue upon where the investigation and defense strategy sits.  I am getting a glint that Baez is going to throw mommy dearest and daddy dingdong under the bus possibly.  Along with other potential targets if he finds holes somewhere.  His trial strategy will not be ZG as we know it imo.

True, but he's demanding evidence that the state is not even privy to yet. Let the investigators and experts do their job. Once the state receives such evidence then it should be shared within a reasonable amount of time. JMO

Baez is asking for maps of searches that apparently don't exist, prosecution is going to check on this. I really like the woman prosecutor, you can see she thinks Baez is a complete fool.

Quiet Monk, wasn't it Baez who had ants in his pants to be part of and get to the crime sceen, and kept whining, and then when the time came, neither he nor his cronies were interested.   Ya know this latest is just another one of his attempts to delay, thus give him more time to try and close his big $$$ deal.   He's so disorganized with his handling of KC's defense (not that it bothers me).  I think KC has found one of her own...it's all about me me me!

Why can't he just call up TM and ask for them? If TM defers to his attorney, then Baez can subpoena them?
