How could the second autopsy be done, if the defense team didn't have the info from the state? I thought they were waiting for it to be turned over, before they could proceed?

Somebody is lying. Imagine that. Just earlier today the defense is claiming they need the pics and x-rays to do their 2nd autopsy. What gives?

Awww, Wendi he's soo cute! His name is Oscar? He's adorable and I'm not a cat person, I was when I was younger though, so I still have a little place for cats in my heart!

Thank you Quietmonkey! Brandi did it for me! We had to put him to sleep a couple of months ago & it was so hard. I found him & his sister, Lily at the garbage dump. We had him cremated so he will always be with us. When we had to put him to sleep (kidney failure) my husband & i were so upset, he forgot to tell them we wanted him cremated, when i called & asked what they were going to do with his body, they said they had a "disposal place" i couldn't stand the thought of Oscar, who someone put out like a piece of trash, being treated like trash after his death. that is a HUGE reason I HATE THE ANTHONY'S. They are treating their own grand daughter with no respect. that is just sick!!!! yes, i know Oscar was a cat, but he was loved! i really don't know if Caylee was ever truly loved by the Anthony's. it's just so sad. sorry for the long post.

Awww, Big Monkey Hugs Wendi! Oscar was beautiful, I love that picture. Brandi did a great job! I had cats when I was a kid, and I'll never forget two of my favorite cats!! They were awesome cats. I have a great dog now, but I haven't had a cat in about 20yrs. Like I said I still have a little place in my heart for cats!

Hi there my frosty friend...I'm logged in, but I'm still at work so I just get to peek into the cage now and then.  I'm hoping for a document dump or that Boo can give us some news soon.  I'm really upset at the thought of anyone making any more money from Caylee's death...it's beyond tragic to me.  I wish there was a way for the judge to demand full financial disclosure.  Also, I have a problem with Conway intervening in the issue of Caylee's remains.

"The Anthonys do not want anyone besides the state, the (Medical Examiner’s) office and the defense to see them. Period," said attorney Brad Conway, who represents George and Cindy Anthony.

I don't see any difference here and what the defense is asking for, or the state for that matter.  I think the defense just wants to be able to send them to other defense members.  This is a problem for the state because the court will no longer have jurisdiction. 

However, the statement by Conway only lists the people who can see, it does not go into the details of how.  This statement to me is just a protection so that the pictures are not distributed freely, they want to hold onto their value.  I don't get this, I don't think they own the pictures, so I wouldn't think they would have any say so. 

I think the state owns the pictures and I am sure there are rules in place that prevent them from selling these types of pictures.  IIRC there have been charges brought against MEs and lab techs for doing this, I seem to remember a case in OH.
